9th hole was a real surprise

We played in extremely windy conditions without electric trolleys and because the course is quite hilly we found it tiring (we're in our mid 70s). We played 11 holes only. However, we really enjoyed playing the course and the 9th is a real surprise. The greens weren't brilliant but the general condition of the holes that we played was pretty good for this time of year. Pace of play was fine but I could imagine it being very busy and therefore slower in the summer months. In calmer weather with electric trolleys we will definitely play there again and hopefully complete all 18 holes.

First time playing Roseberry grange, would return as the course is well kept, nice layout some really interesting holes.

Massive downside is that winter greens already despite recent weather being good. Greens pace due to the sand was all over the place, really bobbly in places but I’d return spring/summer for sure as it’s good value

I believe that it is a bit unfair to charge full price fees when the green are in the condition that they. I understand preparing for the winter but £20 and you can’t even get a roll on your put, I believe the prices should be amended when the course is like that.
