Good but pricey

£61 for 10.48am on a sunday is on the steeper end of things. Especially when greens are hollow tined. The course is stunning to look at but hardly any directional help between tee boxes at all....

Would recommend but only to those who are fans off steep and hilly!

Have played this course a couple of times midweek before & had good experiences. Yesterday was the absolute opposite.

At the price (£50-£60) there’s just no excuse for no marshalls on course trying to speed things up & horrifically slow play (our two ball round took 5 hours).

The bunkers were full of stones & severely lacking in sand also - avoid.

Great conditions but terrible pace

I played 3 Jan 2021, but form won’t let me enter that.

Course is in great condition considering the time of year and probably one of the best choices to play proper golf in early January. However, booking balls in with two minutes in between is simply unacceptable. At most holes we were three balls playing at the same time and had to wait at every single hole. Needs to change.

Kicked off Tee-time by members meaning couldnt finish round?!?!

This is a lovely golf course, with lovely staff. Aware with Covid things are tricky but having spent £60s for 18 holes you would expect to be able to get round before it got dark if your tee off time is booked 11.44. Unfortunately we were bumped back to 12.10 because members were pushed in front of us, this also created a very slow pace of play which meant we didnt finish all 18 holes despite there only being 2 balls.

Nice course, lovely staff and members, we will be requesting part refund.
