Westerham Golf Club

Had played this course over 12 months ago and the changes they have made are both beneficial to the beautiful framing of holes, but also it makes the course on a Friday very friendly to society / pay and play golf. Felling of trees means ball rarely lost even if in trees. Greens are a true testament to the course and green keeping and all staff clearly love what they do. Would highly recommend.

Course in immaculate condition despite hot weather of late, fantastic layout with each hole being distinctly different from one another, perfect balance of challenge and enjoyable holes. Would definitely play again, pro shop staff incredibly friendly and treated me and my playing partner as if we were members despite this being our first visit.

The remodel and removal of trees has opened up lots of nice vistas and fixed a number of the problem holes, 5 and 10 particularly. 6 & 17 are still broken. Course is very very dry, hard and slick. I saw a topped drive on the 15th roll about 280 yards! Greens are as Oakmont / Crazy golf as ever but in good nick. They’ve added top tracer to the range and removed the nets so if you want a warm up that’ll be £8.50 for 50 balls. I just want a quick warm up, can we have the nets back please? The white tees are members only so you can’t actually play the full course as a visitor which is a bit rubbish!

An excellent day’s golf, the course had the right blend of challenge and forgiveness and was in excellent condition. The members were friendly and the atmosphere in and around the course was welcoming. We were behind a large society game so ended up with a 5 hour round but overall a very enjoyable day.

Absolutely beautiful course. I would highly recommend a visit if you havn't been.

Just be prepared for a slow pace of play. I was waiting for people either in the fairway or sometimes still teeing off, on every single hole. I am on the faster side though. I can normaly finish a 18 hole in a little over 2 hours, if not held up by anyone.

I might have just gotten unlucky, but speaking to some other players on the day. They said that there are a few golf societies at Westerham, and pace of play is slow more often than not.

Regardless of the slow play though, It was still a great course to play. and I am looking forward to playing there again.

Great course and a fantastic practice area. In great condition considering the time of year.

Driving range wasn’t ready and the pace was slow with some of the golfers. But this was overall a great experience all round and minor issues. The course and greens were excellent condition. The food and staff were top notch. Will be back soon!

Tee box’s and greens in great condition and the course itself is a fantastic test. Every hole different and a really good challenge.

Played here for the first time with my friend and was impressed with the beauty of the golf course and the condition for this time of year was fantastic. It was a great bonus to be able to use buggies on the paths. Cant wait to come back and see the golf course in the spring/summer!

Had a lovely time playing with my family, course was a fun challenge and in good condition. The practice facilities are brilliant and the staff were very friendly. It was a pleasant experience would recommend.

Considering everywhere is closed the course is playing extremely well !!

Zero temporary greens and tees only made the round better !!
