Great course
Very challenging course for my handicap but extremely worth a visit
Greens were challenging to and the course well maintained certainly will be going back
Gorgeous course
Played a really enjoyable round here with a friend. Great layout and course facilities were super! Cant wait to play again!
not as good as previous
I was a member 15 years ago but on my recent visit I found the course has had too many trees removed, which may have some on course benefits but has overall taken away the enjoyment and challenge of playing this course. I'm sad to say I doubt if I will be returning .
Another 5hr plus round
Unacceptably slow pace of play. Queues on every tee.
Needs marshalling and slower groups moved on.
Course in great condition otherwise.

Course was on great condition.
Fantastic practice facilities of you have time before.
Pro shop staff great, advised me when a gap was to get out a little earlier if I wanted.
Top golf experience
Really well kept course in v good condition, fast greens that are true.
Friendly clubhouse with tasty sausage rolls and sandwiches as well as a good drinks selection.
Driving range pitching practice and chipping and putting greens to warm up.
All round an excellent golf club.
Beautiful scenery
The course is well maintained greens a little slower . Beautiful scenery , tree lined fairways, great fairways . Very lovely and relaxed - had a great time walking this course .
Thoroughly enjoyed our golf round
Thoroughly enjoyed our golf round, Thursday afternoon as a 3 ball. As the course was quite, went round it in 4 hours. Condition of fairway on most part was good, excellent greens, but some of the tee boxes need a cut. Course layout is very varied with some excellent par 3s. Hole 9 and 18 have water in front of approach, great holes.
Very slow
Course played well given recent weather but tee times in front of us being loaded with 4-balls in a society, some of whom weren’t really golfers, led to me leaving the course after only 16 holes in 5 hours. Pretty disappointing.
We are sorry you had a slow game, but very glad you enjoyed the course. Recent tree work to widen the playing corridors has made for a far more enjoyable, fairer, and quicker round of golf. We hope you return soon for a better experience.
God course but slow play.
Can’t fault the course, it was great. Greens superb, especially after all the rain we have had. But the pace of play was awful, we started queuing on the second, and it continued on every hole. We had a group behind teeing off and nearly hitting us as they didn’t feel like waiting for us to play our shots, whilst we were waiting for the group ahead to finish. It took us 5 hours and 15 mins to play 18.
I would love to play the course again. As it was great, but there is no chance I will be doing after the experience today.
Lovely course, held up with the weather but SLOW!
Would be a great course to play in the summer. Despite torrential rain, all tees and greens were in play. Very wet underfoot in some places but considering the weather it held up really well.
Lovely setting, several visually impressive holes. A good mix of longer holes with others that require a bit of thought.
Pace of play was slow. 4hrs 30 for the round, which isn’t ridiculous but the manner of play was frustrating. The entire course waiting for the group in front to take a shot. 8minute tee times seems to need an adjustment. Fortunately the quality of the course meant it was still a great day.

The course was in great condition for the current weather that we have had .
Just wow
Been wanting to play here for a while so expectation was high and it did not disappoint, absolutely stunning scenery well maintained and possibly the nicest place I have played at . I will definitely return . February golf is often difficult with the conditions and it was a bit wet but I expect that everywhere this time of year
