Still blighted by slow play
Course was is great condition and the upgrades and removal of trees has really improved the look and feel of the place.
Unfortunately the pace of play is still terrible. Marshall’s should be enforcing pave of play as this has been an issue here for years.
Walked off after 4 hours and 13 holes completed…
Westerham, always worth playing
Played here in the winter and it was obvious that I was coming back in the summer. Staff were great, so friendly. Course was very enjoyable, a worthwhile track for anyone who enjoys Parkland courses.
5.5 hour round was painful
Lovely course but it took us nearly 2 hours to get through six holes. We phoned the clubhouse to ask them to send the marshal out. Nothing happened and we were waiting on every tee box and there were 3 groups on one par 5 at points.
Shame they have cut down so many trees. It used to be harder.
We are sorry to hear you had a slow game. We have increased our marshal and starter shifts to help the speed of play. Recent tree work to widen the playing corridors has also made for a far more enjoyable, fairer, and quicker round of golf. We hope you return soon.
Great Condition
Greens were recently hollowed but still in great condition and true.
One of our group was delayed but pro staff were accommodating by moving our time back.
Only scored 30pts but really enjoyed the course
Only negative was coffee from a machine rather than freshly made.
Proper golf course
Played Westerham last Monday, proper course with not only the signature 11th to enjoy, also the 9th & 18th which have the clubhouse overlooking and water to contend with. Only complaint £40 for a buggy extortionate as you can only drive the cart paths. But we'll be back,

Very busy and slow play
Course is stunning and staff are friendly, but it was far too busy and very slow rate of play. At times there were people on the tee another group on he green and 2 groups in the fairway.
Cracking course
Course in great condition considering the weather recently. A lot of work is being done to open some parts up, so there are some areas quite messy, but the course itself is great. Greens ran well, and layout is interesting and challenging - but still open enough to be forgiving. A four ball up ahead slowed things down slightly but still a quick enough round.
Beautiful course
This is the fourth time I’ve played the course. Picturesque. Great condition. Greens running well. Loved it. Can’t wait to get back and play it again
