Westerham Golf Club

Greens in great condition, bit wet in places will be boggy in the winter but really well kept. Good food in the bar.

We were somlooking forward to playing Westerham. However, what awful experience.

The course was over sold and no marshal or management. On the 2nd there were 7 groups. 4 on the hole and 3 waiting. We even witnessed a fight between 2 groups. This venue promises to be everything, but to be honest it's better off featuring in Green Street football hooligan movie.

If wr could rate no stars, we would.

Really really slow place to play. Nice course, and had lovely weather. I’ve played here a few times however and would say it’s one of the slowest pace of play courses I’ve ever played. Our round took 5.35 mins on a Saturday afternoon. Manager and pro refuse to address the issue nor come back to me to apologise.

Enjoyed playing here...place was slow due to a senior event.

Lots of undergrowth has been cleared since we last played and some trees have gone, both of which mean some holes are a little less daunting than they were. However it means less likely to delay play looking for balls. Overall the course is magnificent.

Ample practice facilities (though the range balls need a refresh) and stunning views from the clubhouse really show the quality of the course throughout. Thoroughly enjoyable and for the twighlight rate, well worth the price.

Very good golf course. Really enjoyed the layout - fairways not too narrow and lots of holes running side by side to enable the big stick to come out. Greens were recently spiked and sanded but still played ok. I would 100% play here again.

This was the first time in about 10 years I have played Westerham.

I have to say I left slightly disappointed with the quality of the greens and fairways.

From the 4th tee onwards we were waiting pretty much every shot, with no marshal in site!

Overall this was a good test of golf but I won’t be rushing back.

We had an enjoyable round of Golf at Westerham, we went out at 2.56 on a Tuesday and were not rushed by people up behind. only down side would be look out for stones in the rough.

Course was is great condition and the upgrades and removal of trees has really improved the look and feel of the place.

Unfortunately the pace of play is still terrible. Marshall’s should be enforcing pave of play as this has been an issue here for years.

Walked off after 4 hours and 13 holes completed…

Played here in the winter and it was obvious that I was coming back in the summer. Staff were great, so friendly. Course was very enjoyable, a worthwhile track for anyone who enjoys Parkland courses.

Lovely course but it took us nearly 2 hours to get through six holes. We phoned the clubhouse to ask them to send the marshal out. Nothing happened and we were waiting on every tee box and there were 3 groups on one par 5 at points.

Shame they have cut down so many trees. It used to be harder.

Greens were recently hollowed but still in great condition and true.

One of our group was delayed but pro staff were accommodating by moving our time back.

Only scored 30pts but really enjoyed the course

Only negative was coffee from a machine rather than freshly made.

Amazing course, but the tee times every 7-8 minutes make the pace of play too slow
