Overall course conditions were excellent. Greens were true to slow but overall in great condition.

I️ would recommend this course to play. I️ am a 4 handicap and the course was in excellent condition and the staff was great. Pace of play was just right.

Good course and fun to play. Get a good rate on golfnow and go play. We played with two really fun to play with locals and had a great day. Greens were slow but putted true. Not a lot of trouble out there but somewhat challenging. Some insect damage on greens which they were dealing with.

Had a lot fun playing the course again. It's my go to course playing with my wife who is new to the game. It would have been a better value if it were a hot deal. I stilled enjoyed the conditions. Pace of play was great for 11 of 18 holes. Threesome in front of us had no etiquette would not let us play through even though they had a few holes open in front of them.

Given the relatively new state of the course, it plays well with fairways and greens in a decent state. Key considerations when playing are obviously with thought to the young age of the course (fairly open), that aside, it’s an enjoyable course that does offer challenges. Won’t lose anything by giving it a go. Staff friendly, with good practice facilities.

Great condition. Fun layout. Large landing areas but water can come into play on many holes if you stray from the fairways. Will definitely play this one again. With course knowledge you can shoot a good round

Course was in very good condition. The only negative is that the markers leading to various holes are poorly placed, easy to get lost.

Played 4 courses around Venice this week .. this was the best !

Ok, over three days I played Sarasota National, Lakewood National, and Esplanade. Really, if you blindfolded me and set me down at random on one I couldn't tell which it is. All have wide open fairways, massive greens and the same very nice landscaping. And all are set in huge brand new gated communities with tons of cookie cutter (and rather unattractive) homes being built all around.

But no matter. They are all fun to play and in excellent condition. So just take the one with the best internet rate and you won't go wrong.

Do yourself a favor and play here. Despite having recently aerated their greens I was pleased to find them rolling fast and true. In a week or so they'll be even better. A fairly open course, you'll still need to bring your A game for carry and accuracy.

Great layout and course. Wide open fairways but challenging. Great tees for the ladies and new to golf.

The greens were punched recently so a little bumpy but overall it was good.

Had lunch at their tiki bar and it was excellent.

We played this course the day after hurricane Irma and the course was still in outstanding condition. This is probably the 5th time I have played it and it has been in great shape every time. Was lucky enough to shoot my 3rd, under par round ever (71).

Layout is great, greens are fast (although they were just coming back from being sanded and punched) but I cannot say a bad word about this course.
