Verrado Golf Club - Victory Course

A LOT of construction on the front 9–entrances to the greens are not well marked.

Would probably not play again soon until the construction is done on the front 9–doesn’t really affect the play but definitely affects the views!

This course is always a must when we travel to Phoenix for golf. I really enjoyed the front 9 when it was wide open desert so I am hoping the new development is not too intrusive. It doesn't appear that it will be...just a little noisy currently. Can't wait to return next year!

Great layout with new housing going up around course. The distance from green to next tee is rather significant plus over gravel and dirt.

Only got 2 holes in before being chased off by Tstorms. They 100% refunded our green fees. Great course

Finished the front in 2 hours despite waiting on virtually every shot. Back 9 was another story. We made a stop at the turn and still had to wait on 10. The kicker was when we got to the 12 tee and there were 4 groups on the hole. One on the green and 3 on the tee. Cart lady did come by and said she called the clubhouse to get a ranger out. There was someone that did show up and said that after 14, we should be fine. Well that never happened. We waited on every shot. There apparently was some group outing. Still ZERO excuse for the slow play. Cart paths are non existent several places on the back. This is a development and there is quite a bit of construction,, so the paths are basically rock and boulders in many places. Overall the course conditions were good, but staff needs to pay attention to the pace of play and keep groups moving.. One guy in the group ahead of us figured it is OK to do phone business on the tees.

Very disappointed with the course condition. Tee box and fairways were in bad shape and rarely found my ball on green grass even in the middle of the fairway. Greens were a little better but not great. I played there last winter and it was in awesome shape so I expected the same and was very disappointed. Golf cart even died on 18 so we had to grab our stuff and walk back.

Very nice course with memorable holes - cart paths are still not complete but did not really affect the golf itself - a little hard to visualize the shots on some holes - would be much easier second time around

The fairways were in the worst condition I have seen over the years.

But, the biggest surprise was the speed of the greens which may have been the fastest I have seen anywhere.

Grip and rip on a quality course. Greens are true and consistent. Lots of space off the tee.

. Fantastic place! . We were done in four hours. The course is in great shape. The greens are rolling nice. Great value! The employees are really friendly. Will definitely be back. We always come here when we come to Phoenix. Worth the trip to the west side

A little on the wet side, if more attention could be paid to irrigation and wet spots, course would play a lot better. Overall though, it was fun.
