This City course is a great value!!

This course is good for the money. It is not perfect, but most of the greens roll good and at a moderate pace. Has a nice layout. They still need to work on cutting trees on the course. Just act like the trees are sand traps and keep it moving. For $22.50 for 18 holes, I can't complain.

Lot of very different holes, not in awesome shape but you get what you pay for with the price. Marshall could be better about enforcing pace of play. Tee’d off at 720 am it took 4.5 hours, and we were the third group of the day. One slow group ruined it for early birds

The pace of play may not be the best, but this is such a fun course and with a little bit of work it could really become a destination. I hope the staff works on the greens and maybe adds in some trees to grow to cover up the close tee boxes on some holes.

Great course to play after rain drains well. Below market price.

Please cut and remove the tree that is laying in the course that I understand from others that been there for years! I think its the 14th or 15th hole its a big distraction and limits the fairway. Also all sand traps need attention around them to much overgrown grass around them. Overall a great bang for your buck! I'll definitely be back!

The course is a decent challenge. I do not like paying Golfnow and Tup Holmes a separate fee. That kind of defeats the purpose of having the app. How about charge the course instead of pushing the price to the consumer? And the price for 9 is extremely high for such an "average course".

I think people are hypercritical. The place is solid. We played 18 holes in about 4 hours so pace was good. Yeah some of the greens have minor damage on the edges but nothing extreme. I mean it’s definitely not as nice as a country club but it’s also half the price.

Appears to lack adequate maintenance/grounds crew and machinery to adequately maintain the course on a consistent schedule. 4 days without greens being cut, bunkers always neglected, pin placements in the worst spots on the greens/damaged areas and tee box markers are always on slanted, unkept and sandy areas. Trees down on the 9th tee box and the 15th fairway for at least 2 months which is distractive and disruptive to play.

Is it the indifference of management or the lack of management….YES!

Slow beyond belief. we waited 30 minutes on the first tee and they told us pace of play was decent. It was 8:15 AM. How can you be backed up at 8:15 AM!!! 5 and 1/2 hours later we finally ended.
