Tup has never been a good maintenance course, but not it’s terrible! The greens have fungus rot on most of the, with no grass. Just too many bare spots to roll a putt. We stopped counting downed trees on the fairways. A shame too, because this could be a really good coursework a quality superintendent.

Courses in need of repair. City of Atlanta should be ashamed of this course.. don’t waste your time. Fairways ouch. Greens awful. If you don’t care about those things go play… but you have been warned

This has to be my 1st negative/poor review. I typically won't post the poor ones, but today, I make an exception. This is without a doubt, the worst course I have ever played. The customer service was bad; the carts were bad; the course was bad (aerated and weeds everywhere). I had to drive my playing partner out onto the course in order to use the restroom before the round. There is no driving range. The greens, although recently aerated, were terrible. The aeration was probably a positive thing. This was my first AND last time playing here. A very big disappointment and if I could rate it less than 1 star, I would.

The greens was terrible throughout the course and on top of that the greens aeration had been done and I was not notified of that did not find out about it until I got to the greens

Course in need of some tlc . City of Atlanta needs new course management to take better care of course named after historical figure.

The greens was in pretty bad shape and they have been aerated with lots of sand and we had no idea about that before we booked

I always wanted to play this course because I heard so much about it. Well it is well below what I’m used to… fairways were in need of attention and the greens were not that great they had sand on them and of course no true roll. I call it the TUP Holmes bounce. I wish I could say play this course but I can’t. I will stay with Stone Mountain and Cherokee Run mystery valley Charlie Yates

The course is being well kept BUT there needs to be some mechanism to make people aware of when the greens are being sanded. I play here often and I appreciate how the course is being kept, but there is no way to know when they are working on the greens when booking on golf now. There should be a discount if you book on golf now and the greens are on the repair. Otherwise it’s a great course to play.

Sometimes…… Greens(mowing/rolling/pace), Fairways mowing, Bunkers tilling and trimming and Golf carts sustaining power are not uniform in being maintained consistently well; more often not.

Tee boxes are very poorly maintained; most lack grass and the minimal level of care; tee markers are often placed obscurely…. Uneven ground; sandy lies and same spots regularly

Pin placements are rarely relocated and when done, It’s often to only one alternative or one so close its immaterial

The course is in great condition. You guys are doing a great job at keeping the grass cut in the fairways, and the greens are pretty good too! I appreciate the fact that the workers do not interrupt the players while they are pudding or anywhere else for that matter. I believe here pretty often and would recommend it to all.
