El Prado Golf Courses - Chino Creek
About
El Prado Golf Course in Chino offers two 18-hole courses, Chino creek and Butterfield Stage. Chino Creek is the longer of the two at 6,858 yards from the back tees. It is also considered more challenging but both are player friendly enough to appeal to all skill levels. As its name would imply, the Chino Creek runs along the entire length of the golf course. You find water in several different forms throughout the course including lakes and meandering streams. The layout is spread across rolling terrain with elevation changes that range from subtle to dramatic. Several of the holes begin from elevated tees and it's likely you'll face more than one uphill battle. Trees and bunkers also come into play but the fairways are wide and forgiving. It's not an overly difficult golf course but beginners can also try the shorter and less challenging Butterfield Stage Course.

Mandatory 2 persons per cart
They used to allow single players to have their own cart. On Jun 17th when I check in, I am forced to share a cart with a stranger unless I pay $14 extra to have my own cart. I argued with them but they told me this new rule took effect 2 days ago. I booked my T-time 7 days ahead and they should have announced this rule change at least 1 week before or mentioned it during online booking.
Will not recommend if you don't want to share a cart with a total stranger during this COVID sensitive time.
Horribly sandy fairways, good for deals
Poorly maintained fairway has dirt everywhere, cheap price with golf now discount 24 bucks or not worth normal rate

Good pace today
Very luck to play on the course without a lot of players, due to the hot weather. We four were able to finish in three and a half hours.

Nice course
Over all it was a good course. Except the group in front was taking its time and I had to wait 10 mins in some holes.

First time, fun course. Kinda slow. A lot of people still playing. Good times.
Beautiful day for golf
Good day for golf, good friend good weather fareways in good condition, some areas are excellent..most greens in good condition, but soon to deteriorate due to the oil trails across green by leakage from lawn mower...tried to text office,but no response.,
Good value
The difficulty of the course was just right for me to enjoy the course. Fairway needs a little better maintenance but over all it's good value course.

Beautiful day for golf...very crowded today, pace very slow
Reason average on "off course amenities " is because did not see any, but in past was good.....slow pace today..course in good condition...still no Marshall to encourage slow players to increase their speed.... nice to see bathrooms neat and clean
