About
The beauty of the Santa Ana Canyons surrounds Green River Golf Club in Corona. The club originally had two 18-hole courses but they have been combined to form one massive, sprawling golf course. Although it is surrounded by hills and valleys, the course itself is mostly flat, making it a good round for high handicappers. The fairways are wide and forgiving, making it even more player friendly for beginners. There are still many challenges in store on this golf course though, including a number of river and creek crossings and strategically placed bunkers. The Santa Ana winds that sweep across the course can often make reaching the greens in regulation quite tough and the abundant trees, while providing a scenic and secluded atmosphere, also add to Green River Golf Club's difficulty.

Decent condition and need to be aware of the drought as likely to be the issue. Sand traps need sand to be a sand trap
Course being renovated
I went there from a friends request and the course looked good initially. The course is currently being renovated. This has left the greens (or should I say browns) tough to play! The course is beautiful just makes some holes hard to play based on the current renovations. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. I had a breakfast sandwich and it was great! Looking to come back when the course is fully renovated! Still had a fun round of golf.
Terrible conditions
Not worth paying for these awful conditions. The course has NOT been maintained despite what they say. Dirt patches all over fairways and the first two holes don't even have greens its literally ALL DIRT. Also, what's with the huge awful speed bumps in the cart path.
Bumpy
Not very nice course anymore. Needs maintenance and lots of cleanup. Extremely slow pace of play didn't bother to finish. Hard to find balls with lack of maintenance and leaves all over the place. Wont be coming back.
Mid-managed tee
Four or five groups went out before the first booked tee time. Pushed our early tee time back half hour.
Course was decent and pace was good after tee time.

I actually like the layout and this course.
that said, they seem to working on improving it. about 1/2 the course has newly paved cart path, still need to repave the rest. problem is the course off of the fairway is very rough, bouncy, difficult to ride on, basically off roading in a golf cart... untill they solve that problem....
