the course is in good shape for the price paid.
The greens are beautiful and the fairways are better than average for a par 3 course.
great greens
It was very windy the day we played, but didn't affect our play. I was very surprised at how good the fairways & greens were compared to other courses iv'e played this fall.We got a great deal on GolfNow & they only charge $ 14.00 for a power cart,so we took one.The only negative was the poor quality of pull carts. One of our group rented one & it was the best one she could find, but the bearings were gone,so was harder to push than normal. There are some water holes, but not that difficult. Also i don't remember seeing a sand bunker anywhere,so that's good for novice golfers.
I'll play it again.
Good value
Great course to sharpen your short game. Good condition, friendly staff.
Great little walking course
course is well kept and even though it is a shorter course you still can use most of the clubs in your bag. There are no sand traps but 4 holes have water hazards. Great course for all players. No need for a power cart on this course but they have a good supply of them if needed.
Play was very slow.
Good condition but slow play. Greens are good, tee boxes need care.
nice course to polish up your game
nice par 3 course that is a decent length and has most of the benefits of a full course. greens were in great shape.
My wife likes this course especialy as she is not a long hitter and we play on an even keel here as accuracy is important.
Night course
This is the worst value course in the valley. You can find cheaper rates most other places. For a par 3, poorly maintained course with no hazards, no ball cleaners, water fountains, scenery etc this course is hardly worth $5/round. It's one and only redeeming feature is the fact that you can play at night.
Indio Municipal Golf Course
Indio Municipal Golf Course This course is a par3 course that is fun to play with some water holes but no sand traps. It's excelent for improving your short game with one or two holes that are over 200 yards in length.
Worst course Ive ever played!
Would never play this course again! Poor layout. Bad grass.
Good course to work on your short game
A municipal course so expect slow play for beginners have to start somewhere. A few long par 3's over 200 yards and then some short par 3's under a 100 yards. The greens could use a cleaning needles abound.
great for the money
Its a nice Par 3 18 Hole course that is good for amateurs who are trying to learn distance with their irons.
The greens were maintained well for a muni course
The driving range is really beat up. The fairways were average but not well watered. The ground was pretty hard for this time of the year. The pace of play was great less than 3 hrs. walking. However, look out for errant shots . Holes are next two each other an errant shot will come your way.
Going Downhill
Mostly clover and hardly any grass on fairways. Rental carts are prehistoric and rusty and irritating with grinding wheels. Staff seems in a hurry to get rid of you and can't handle the pressure. They seem confused as to who has paid and who hasn't. Unfriendly.
Great par 3 course, but a little tight on some of the holes.
Great Pro shop! We really like this par 3 course. It is a little tight on some of the holes, but you need to bring your short game and shoot easy and straight.
Friendly Staff, Good Value, Well-Maintained
Executive course that is easy to play (no sand and water on only 4 holes), and operated by a very friendly staff. It is a bit tight, but still very enjoyable. a great place to work on your short game.
Fun and challenging par three
Enjoyed the golf, it was a fun and challenging 3 par course. It was in good shape with a little maintenance needed and a little more water. The downside, play was slow due to being too crowded and fairways tight together (sometimes felt squeezed). Had to continually wait at tee boxes, much more than expected. Had a beautiful day and their was shade a every tee box to wait if need to get out of sun. You just have to relax and enjoy the sun. Had a nice driver range and huge putting green. I will definitely play again.
Great 18 hole Par 3 !
18 holes of fun in a park like setting. An easy walk for any age. The greens were in very good condition. Played this course 5 times on trip and it never dissappointed. Great Value. Excellent practice for short game.
This course is dangerous
This course has been overplayed and in very poor condition. The fairways and holes are too close together and the danger of being hit by a ball is (95%). We witnessed it. There are no nets for the driving range and # 15 green is in direct line of fire. This is the scariest course we have ever played and would not recommend it to anyone. If you play, wear a hockey helmet and pads.
Great Par 3 course
This course is in great shape, nice greens and fairways. It is also lighted for play in the evenings.
The course is not (and was not) in "very poor condition". The fairways are average and the greens are excellent. The course is tight, but not "dangerous". Where appropriate, there are screens to protect you. This review is not accurate as illustrated by the fact that the #15 hole is nowhere near the driving range. (The range could use a screen to separate it from the #10 and #11 fairways.) I've played the course 6 or 7 times this winter, and thoroughly enjoyed it without feeling in danger of being hit by a ball.
