Horrible course condition
Layout is fun but the course conditions were horrendous. Any patch of green grass to hit off is few and far between, including the fairways. Just be prepared for what you pay for, lots of hitting off dirt and dead grass.
Great Staff!
The people I usually see that work at this course are the best of any course I play in San Diego. Kevin and Jacob in the pro shop, Ron and Virgil the starters. And there are others that just always make this course a pleasure to play at. I've been playing this course since 1971 and I still love it.

Bumpy
Riding in the cart was bumpy all throughout the course. My back was feeling it by the time of the 18th. Greens were slowww. Course was ok, but not well kept. Driving range kinda sucked.

Good course for the price
Course is really solid for the price, greens could be quicker. Greens are slow but smooth

Slow play, poorly managed
Don’t expect any bells or whistles here. You get what you pay for. Lack luster layout, fair conditions at best with a horrendous driving range. Prepare for a long day as 5+ hour rounds are the norm.
