Great Weather
Grass was spotty in the fairways, just found closest grass to play the next shot. Lots of debris on fairways, greens, and bunkers. Greens were a little bumpy. Price was high for the course conditions, but I would play again as it was still cheaper than other courses in San Diego at the time I played.
Cotton wood Golf course
The course itself was alright, some hole were in good condition and difficult, but others are very different to the rest and unfriendly. Have a joke of a driving range but if you know how to play golf it’s not a bad golf course.

They want your money that's it
Booked Tee time on line with Golf Now before 10:00 am. My T time 1:07. The starter was letting people go out with out T times in front of me. They weren't wearing golf attire close. & didn't have glubs. He told me he didn't care if I wanted to go get my money back go see the person inside. He said sorry & it would take three working days to get it back. The director of operations is Shantel Nemeck. I should call & see if this is how the Course is ran now.

Very good conditions
Course in great shape except for the mounded gofer holes, and, broken-brushless-empty ball washers. BUT - NEW (not even second hand) carts.

Greens
Back 9 greens are manicure much better better than Front 9. Beautiful day with good pace this day!

Greens are still pretty rough from bring punched. Fairways were ok. If give the greens another couple of weeks.

Needs Better Course Maintenance
Fairways and bunkers poorly maintained. Greens are okay. Good to play only if you can get a cheap or discounted rate.

No notification of punched greens
Play here on the regular. There was no notification from staff or golf now that the greens were just punched. Should have told us up front and/or discounted green fees.

Warning
I was so disappointed when I saw the course was being punched and sanded and no warning was given when I made my reservation. Our only option was to play the front nine twice.

Greens punched, told to play front 9 twice oh, and don’t bother trying to order food at the turn ‘cause grill is closed
Not my first round here, but definitely my last!! It’s not that unusual to be told after you book a T time that their punching the greens, but to find out that once I check in to find out that I have to play the front nine twice, that they reserved that the back nine for some high school golf team. Oh, and by the way the snack shack is only serving hot dogs. This place was a complete waste of time and and money and I’ll likely never return

An affordable course with decent layout and greens despite the many potholes
This is a decent course in general with its nice fairways and greens despite the many many potholes on the so-called cart path that you’d have to navigate and endure. No complaint given the affordable green fees

The starter was great he let us start a little early. The course was in good shape and it wasn’t crowded.
