Leaves a problem
Removing the leaves would improve the course condition and quality of play.

Best bang for the buck
This is a solid course. Not terribly long and a very good walking course. Considering the state of the world, this 4 hour escape is well worth the coin - $23 for a 7:15 tee time

Great golf course
CWCC is my new go-to golf course. It’s always busy but the pace of play is very steady. The greens are in great shape considering the heat. Good job CWCC, keep up the good work.

Championship Golf Course
Championship Golf Course - and, at times, you can play it for $20 if you walk. Incredible deal and it is a great walk if your healthy enough to do it. If you tee it up from the black tees and the normal afternoon breeze is in effect, after #1, your in for a war. #5 and #7 give you a break but the rest are really tough. #3 is a brutal par 4 and #8 one of the toughest legit par 5's around. The back nine is a little easier. The whole course is really nice. Huge cottonwood trees all over, essentially no houses, and the course is in the best shape in many years. Its not one of those places you will lose a bunch of balls if you do not play well either as there are not many hazards and no gimmicks. Straightforward classic golf course. This place has a lot of history. Hopefully still a lot of life left. Enjoy. Totally appreciate you Cottonwood GC.
Good question but probably 13. Dig how the hole looks from the tee box. Such a cool spot of the course. Peaceful. Maybe because its a birdie hole as well :). If you dont give up as no one should in golf, the scoring holes are 11 thru 15. This is right in the middle of this stretch.

Poor Management
Played on the hottest day of the year 114 degrees. Waited for over an hour to get on the course. No one was in front of us but because we made an online t time they wouldn't change it. Every course I have been to will put you on the tbox if no one is in front of you. Beverage cart was sent home because ( no one was on the course ) but you could see many personnel still playing and no water to be served.
Unfortunately me and my crew won't be back.

Great for the price
For this price you can't go wrong. $26 for weekday morning and $10 for a cart. The greens were in great condition, but a few holes are long and narrow, so make sure you can send it straight. Off course facilities are minimal, but I'm not going there to drink at a bar or eat at a restaurant, I'm there for golf. My biggest complaint about the place is the amount of leafs on the greens and fairways making it hard to find your ball, and with fall coming up I'm sure it will get worse. Honestly, if they charged an extra$10 but blew the leafs off the greens everyday I would be happier with this course. Will come back again
It would fun to employ some of the original tee boxes for players 5 handicap or less! Tee boxes need a bit more attention but greens great (more people need to fix ball marks). Course and conditions were terrific!

Poor pace
Tee time just after 4. Hoped to complete the round as a single. Sadly the pair ahead of me intentionally played 2 balls every hole, and the 4-ball ahead of them were slow. Got to the 9th at 6:35 and headed to the car - (2 and a half hours later).. Aside from that, a nice course and good value for money if the pace was improved.

Nice staff keep out of rough or add a stroke the owners are really trying bbn to get course in shape. Greens rolled great.
