Maggie Hathaway Par 3 Golf Course

A short 9-hole Par 3. The pace of play here is generally fast with 9 holes being completed in as little as an hour, for good players. I would say the a everage 9 holes is about 80-90 minutes.

The greens are small, firm, and surprisingly fast. However, since people who play munis have no common courtesy, there are a ton of ball marks on the greens. The tee boxes have mats, though theyre in decent shape right now. I usually walk in front of the tee and tee off the grass, never had any complaints about it.

Overall a really good place to practice your short game. Holes range from 90 to 130 yards, so a Sunday bag would be best.

Hello would defn recommend to any pure golf lovers to check this course out for leisure and relax golf play. Course is kept in great condition and weather is beautiful since right by the beaches. Pace of play is wonderful as it never seems to get congested with too many people playing and having to wait to swing. They even provide free Water Bottle with RSVP tee time.. What other public golf does that. NEVER have I seen kind gesture for their customers. Lastly, with a tee time they provide a small bucket of balls for $1! So you can practice your swing before you get out there or even after your play at the range they have in the middle of the course. Nothing but good things to say about this place. I've played about 10 times ever since coming here for 1st time couple months ago. *****5 star Par 3

Course layout is nice. Fun little par 3. I just wish the greens we’re better maintained. Good course for learning and practicing with shorter clubs to get on the green

This is a great course to practice your short game. The course layout presents challenges at various levels of skill. The course is well maintained with lush green fairways and greens. I had a great time playing this course.

Love this course. Made it my home course that I go to weekly. Great deals for tee times and very well maintained. Pace of play is good with no hold ups usually and Great to run it back to play 18 holes. Would definitely recommend to friends or public.

A really forgiving course for someone like me who's just getting into golf. Barely any hazards yet challenging enough due to the undulations and small greens.

Literally hidden if you use navigation to get there, it might take you to the wrong side of the course where you can look at it but not get in.
Once you get there you'll probably have almost the whole place to yourself. It is home of First Tee so it is in great condition. The greens are super challenging targets. Most important, it is so cheap, especially if you book online.

I really like playing this challenging par 3 golf course, because it will test your short game. The greens were in excellent conditions and the staff very friendly. I love playing this golf course.

I wanted to find an easy par 3 course that my wife will be able to play; this course was perfect- not too long and definitely not too short. We were able to finish in an 1 1/2 hours. We will highly recommend this course to any beginners.

For the price of a bucket of range balls you can practice your short game. The course is usually well maintained and the staff is very friendly. The course feature a variety of downhill and uphill shorts. The signature 8th hole is the longest hole that plays around 130 yards downhill and usually against the wind. The tee boxes are mats and the fairways are more like light rough. The greens are small and most are undulated or sloped. The greens usually have a medium pace and probably typical of the L.A. area short courses. The course also features a netted driving range, putting green and a practice sand bunker.
