Corica Park - South Course

It’s a links style golf course with enough tease for every level of player. The black tees or back tees are over 6800 yards but it doesn’t play that long because the fairways roll out so good. There are some really beautiful golf holes and very challenging, but that just adds to the overall experience. It is almost always windy out there, especially on the back nine if you tee off in the morning, but again it reminds me of being out on a British Open type golf course.

The course was great, greens are looking amazing.

But 5.5 hour rounds should result in slow groups being removed from the course.

If you cant make it through the front 9 in less thqn 2hr 15m, you should be asked to leave. Probably wont happen but it would solve for slow pace.

Corica has the best greens of all public courses in the Bay Area. Will definitely be back.

Very nice course, but a little to expensive for a public course. On course staff friendly, but inside the pro shop not friendly at all.

Greens are immaculate and very difficult. Fairways and tee boxes are also good, they look brown but they are fine. Course layout is nothing exceptional, but solid.

Value for price probably best in the Bay Area.

Great course to walk and very tough greens. Slope rating seems off as in too low for how hard it is. I will come back. Everyone was very helpful that works there. Will recommend to others for sure. Hope the north opens soon.

I love this course but they manage it very poorly. The Marshalls sit out there and watch groups backing up the course as they take 20+ minutes on each hole and do nothing about it.

One of the better courses in the area. Wish it was more affordable.

Super fun but interestingly challenging, just an incredible track

Loved this track and I say that even though I played terribly. Fair with decisions to be made off the tee and for approaches. And with the wind (that is always present off the Bay) well it’s delightful. And again I played poorly and had to pay the almost 2x rate non residents pay (which is a tough pill…I don’t mind paying a few extra bucks but almost double…argh). Especially given that while fairways and greens are in great shape…it’s still a muni and EVERY bunker was left unraked. But again love the track.

PS No snack stand or cart person but you can get food at the turn.

Push the slow groups harder. Slow play is the killer of fun.

Highly recommend this course. Great conditions, tough layout and fast and very difficult greens should challenge even the best golfers
