Monterey Pines hidden jem
Great weather and course was in great shape. There was a tournament but pace of play never suffered. The grill had delicious food and great value.

Best Golf Value in Monterey County
Small but fun course nestled between the Fairgrounds and the Airport is in excellent shape.
Greens putt true, traps are pure and fairways have improved. Yesterday’s hot deal was $20 with a cart. Front 9 played fast back had to wait on the tee from 12 on. Product of a green fee that allows you to play as many holes as you want.

Good course, great condition. Pace of play is slow, some of the tee boxes and fairways/greens can be a little too close for co fort, which is why it plays slow gotta keep an eye out for others' teeing off. Great selection and fun par 3's. A must do, and will again.

Reasonably good condition, compact and a bit too flat
The course was in reasonably good condition but quite busy.. There is not a lot of relief in the course with only a couple of holes with slopes. The course is quite compact, which makes it a bit unattractive but ideal to practice your game if practice is what you want. Facilities are reasonable with a good pro-shop, range and bar with food. All staff we met were very friendly.

As intermediate golfers, we were able to play this course in 3 1/2 hours. The fairways and greens are well groomed as bunkers and water hazards add to the joy of play.
