We play this course regularly, the rates are very affordable and the course is always beautifully maintained, the staff remember us and are very friendly.

Fun, well maintained golf course with friendly staff and good culinary and beverage options. A real gem and value in the heart of Monterey.

Definitely a little gem located in the city of Monterey: Convenient, reasonable, well maintained, attentive staff, good food with a wide selection of beverages. The pace of play was also quick. I've always had good experiences on and off the course there.

the course was great. the weather was perfect. never felt rushed. it was a great day of golf.

From the super friendly pro shop staff to the best hot dog on the peninsula to the well manicured course, a wonderful golf experience!

Great course for all hackers. Wide open fairways but better players can take on challenges by cutting corners of doglegs. Greens are in great shape as are the fairways.

Only problem we had with our round was the pace of play. We played right after a tournament and it took over 2-1/2 hrs for the front nine. In the back nine with no one in front of us we played it in 1-1/2 hr.

Monterey PInes is tough to beat for a good golfing experience.

First off, the staff is always cordial, if not downright friendly.

The place is well maintained and looks good. Even the bunkers are in good shape.

It is not the most difficult course in the world so one can feel good more easily.

There is outdoor seating as well as a bar inside for an adult beverage after the match.

And it is easy to get to from anywhere on the Monterey Peninsula.

We play here frequently, And always seem to injoy the course. The course is usually kept in pretty good shape .

The course is not as long as some ,Nor as difficult as some others ,But the holes are varied, and it does present a challenge.

Always enjoy playing this course! It is fun and well conditioned, however plenty challenging.

Nice grill for lunch nearby.

Conditions were great. Weather was nice. Enjoyed my round with a good friend. Two other players joined us only to fill a foursome.

We enjoy this course very much! Greens and fairways in good condition. Nice variety of short and long holes. Good size putting green in great shape. Challenging but fun! We play this course every time we're in the Monterey area.
