Timber Creek Golf Course - Lakes/Oaks

I put the many times and this was the worst conditions I’ve ever seen it was a beautiful golf course. Fairways were under repair or needed repairs and greens had been punched a couple weeks before, not one true roll, your ball was military left right left right and bouncing couple inches high. Pro shop didn’t say a word when taking my money!

Summer has beat this place up . Just punched the greens which we knew about. Fairways pretty rough and bunkers not good at all. The guys in pro shop and staff on course all friendly. Try it again come spring

Fun course to play on because the pace of play runs very smoothly which allows you to stay focused on your game. I be will be booking more tee times in the near future .

The greens are very green and healthy but very slow. I understand that the hot weather requires more water on the greens but they might have overdone it a bit. You will see deep ball marks and putts running about 8 on the Stimpmeter.

Course is fun to play... Just need to be careful of water on the front side and woods on the back side. Just a little unfortunate to play behind some beginners and the round was a bit slow.

They keep this course close to country club conditions. However, because they are afraid of losing the greens to Sac heat, the seem to keep them overly watered and long. They are the slowest greens in Sac. Nonetheless, I will definitely play again. Plus the pace was good as I finished with a foursome in 3 hr 50 min on a July 4 morning.

Nice course, that is in general was in good shape. A few greens were a little bumpy. Only complaint were the 2 young gentlemen we were paired with. Playing the back tees when you are going to shoot well over 90 is not i recommended but this is America and freedom comes at a cost, for us at least

It’s been very hot and I imagine that is why the greens were left a little bit taller heads, a little slower. Other than that, courses and great shape. If it was closer, I would do it more often.

The course and the practice areas are always in great shape. One of my favorite places to play golf.

The course is overall good bunkers are terrible cant even play out of them full of rocks it was like chipping off concrete awful and the greens were the slowest they have ever been you had to hit the putt so hard there was no consistency at all wont be back for a while
