Great course, but need a marshal
The pace of play was good until Hole 14. It was getting dark and the foursome ahead of us took 25 minutes on par 3 Hole 16. We asked them to pick up the pace as we were backed up by two groups. A string of vulgarities came out and continued through hole 17. Very disappointing and a bit scary.. The course needs to be monitored more often especially later in the day.
Great Course
Course in excellent condition as always. It was slow on a Saturday as usual. Our tee time was too late in the day for this time of year. Late November. It was hard to see with the setting sun and got cool and dark too soon. My fault. Will get an earlier time from now on.
Enjoyable
Solid layout with outstanding pace of play. Playable but still has enough challenge to keep you on your toes. Only complaint would be the pin placements were a bit sadistic this day. Other than that, enjoyable and recommended.
get ready for a slow day
most of the time you’ll get stuck behind a group of members who like to take their time, don’t let you play through, and give you attitude when you comment how the pace of play should be. great course just slow, no marshall’s
Fun course
Had a good time. Front 9 much easier than back. At least I thought so after 38-44 82. Greens good. My only complaint was traps seem to be neglected some interesting holes
Great day to play Timber Creek
Morning started a little foggy but cleared up nicely for an amazing day of Autumn golf! At our start time of 8:30am we ended up with no one in front of us and no one behind us, which made for a very relaxing round. Fun course. Back nine definitely more challenging than the front. But fun course.
Timber Creek a nice play
……..this Del Webb course in Roseville is very popular.
Be prepared a week in advance. Timber Creek gives you two completely different nines and it’s challenging because of that. The back nine in the trees will kick your butt if you’re not putting the ball in the right places. 17, 18 could leave you feeling inept as they are a tough finish. Always in great condition.
Great course!!
Played on weekend and pace of play was a little slow but otherwise finished on time. Just felt slow because we were always waiting and having a group behind us waiting for us.
