Nice Little Course
Had the 7:00am tee time. Breezed right through. Two holes you’re able to break out the driver. Great 9 hole.
Well managed course
I like this course because it's close to home, I also like it because they take very good care of the course. It's a 9 holes course and only a couple holes are long enough to use a wood(depending on how far you hit a wood). There is a good mix in distances of the holes to allow for using different irons out of the tee box. The majority of the time the pace of play is great and you can finish around 90 minutes if you want. The greens are always well kept up.
been here before. Today was a little too windy. Some of the holes blocked the wind. Another thing is the condos on the 5th and the 7th hole close. No room for shanking or over hit the ball.
Not fun
It is difficult to enjoy your round when they pair you up with a 6 year old and his Dad. It dramatically slowed the pace of play. It's not fun watching the kid hit the ball ten times on a par three. I have played here over 30 times this year and have never been paired with anyone because of the Covid. Not sure if I will be back this year or not. Not fun
Solid
No concerns about playing here. 7am tee time went without a hitch and course was in good shape.
Safety protocols in place, mask required for pro shop/tee time check in. Otherwise, stay socially distant and be prudent and you're fine. Greens and tee boxes are in more or less normal shape. No pulling flags, they have a lifter in the cups to pull your ball out which is nice.
rules strictly enforced
Technically I should give them no star since I didn’t play, but that’s not an option. I booked GolfNow hot deals at this course for me and my son. Since it’s a short 9-hole course and my son needs only four clubs, we brought only one bag. When we got there and tried to check in, I was told by the staff that the rule was all player must have their own bags. I explained my son had only four clubs, but was told the rule was strictly enforced. I was disappointed, but a rule is a rule. Then I suggested that just let son playing. That’s when I was really surprised that the suggestion met stiff rejection because there is another rule that non-players not allowed on the course. Since I already paid for both rounds, can I be considered a player not playing? Or simply paid for the round to walk with my son? Anyway, there is just no work around, we had to drive 30miles back home disappointed. I understand Covid cause some rules to be stricter, but this is still beyond understanding. It seems the staff there is more interested in ENFORCING than SERVING
Happy Friday
Beautiful day, course in very good shape, speed of play pretty good.
Windy round
Today the wind effected play immensely. Shots were being knocked down on many of the holes. Was able to grind out an okay round but it wasn't easy. The course is still in good shape for the time of the year. The greens are in great shape also. First time I was glad I had a 9.5' Driver.
