The Frog at the Georgian

I have played this course many times over the past 15 years - one of my favorite courses. However, I have been very unhappy with the condition of this course as of late. The rate continues to increase as the conditions get worse. I paid $95 to play this course - bunkers are absolutely horrible - no sand, some even had grass growing in them. No cart person for food and beverages, had to pay for range balls. This course is overpriced for the quality of golf I received. Will inform every golfer I know to stay away from this place. Not sure if management has changed, but not what it use to be. Fazio would be ashamed to have his name associated with this course. Take the extra money you charge and replace those crappy bent grass greens with Bermuda - like every other nice course in Georgia. Maybe just put sand back in the bunkers - Fazio would appreciate that as well!!

The Frog is a superb golfing facility. Lunch before round was delicous, staff courteous and prompt. Check in easy, GM was the best, informarive and helpful. Range is large, chip/ putt area acwsrd to get to, is in top condition. Course play is challenging, layout is for competive golf. Lies in rough are tough, grounds beyond rough can be unplayable. We played forward tees (don't snicker), our first round at course, gave us opportunity to learn where to place shots and how to score.

Course continues to be one of the better public courses west of Atlanta. Conditions are good but rough is thin and greens were slower than recent past. Have been playing here for many years and usually enjoy it.

As always, The Frog was an enjoyable experience. The entire course, from tee boxes to fairways to bunkers to greens, was in excellent shape! Staff was super friendly, especially Kelsie (cart girl) and the 4-hour pace on a Saturday afternoon, was incredible. It's a 45-minute drive for me, but I will be back sooner than later!

The Frog has a great layout and the fairways and greens are in very good condition. Sadly the bunkers are in terrible shape and don’t appear to have been raked in weeks! Tee boxes are in fair condition.

The staff is nice but are hands off when it comes to assistance. The course could be so much more with just some TLC and more attention to detail. It’s a fun, challenging course. Worth the trip even with the shortfalls.

Great Course. Guy in pro shop could have been more friendly. Seemed like he was inconvenienced. Overall, course is in great shape. Bunkers and some tee boxes could use some work. Enjoyed the round as I always do there

We grabbed the first Twilight round at 3:00 and it was just two of us and we barely saw anyone else on the course. I am around a scratch and my 12-year-old son shoots in the 80s. Overall the greens were in great shape but a little slow. The fairways were in great shape. The tee boxes were pretty terrible, but that doesn't bother me so much. Overall we had a great time and really enjoyed the latout. Tom fazio delivers once again!

Nice course layout and greens were in good shape. The bunkers need a little work. Wry nice golf course.

Looking forward to coming back. Very peaceful course, and the food is fantastic at the 19th hole!!
