The Greens were in good shape and the fairways tight. I didnt look at if it was a former par 3 but short and compact course. Conditions were really nice but pace of play was horrible. 3 hours for nine, hard to get into a rhythm.when your either waiting to tee up for 10 mins and /or being hit into with no where to go. Bit good value for the area and good elevation changes.

Very fun
This course was fun. Out of everything, there are only one negative. The course is tight which isn't bad for even average golfers. Being below average, I did play on the wrong fairways quite a few times. This slowed the course down but it allowed us to not rush through the round. I had a ton of fun and I was able to bring my son and brother for their first round ever. They are both hooked and I will definitely be going back
