Country Land Golf Course

It was my first time playing golf in about 15 years. Some of the best fun I’ve had in a while. My son has just started playing golf and I feel like it is a course that is perfect for begginers and people who have played for a while. We will definitely be back.

Greens have almost healed after aeration. Continual improvements. Staff are friendly and lunch is great. Pace of play was great. Thank you!

I have not played here in about a month and I may wait another month before I go back. To be fair, we were told that the greens had been aerated. However, the condition that the greens were atrocious. I've paid regular price before and the greens were in.much better condition. If they were that bad, the price should have been adjusted to reflect the condition.

Sat in the parking lot as it rained but since the course wasn’t “technically” closed they denied my refund.

Unfortunately, the greens are not in good shape. The sand traps need the sand trap machine run through each sand trap. The fairways need to be mowed. No driving range.

With all the nicer courses surrounding this short little course the ratings can be a bit deceiving. Sure it’s not one of the nicer courses around but for a $20 hot deal in the middle of the day, I had a lot of fun. Met up with another golfer & we had a blast. Don’t expect to get $75 course conditions. You get what you pay for but if you love the game & enjoy getting out, this is a fun little course. It can be challenging if you aren’t hitting it straight, so hit it straight!

As new golfers, my wife and I were looking for a “newby” friendly course. Somewhere a little more slice friendly. This was our 3rd outing. And yes, Country Land is more friendly of a course, off the tee.

The course itself was a pleasant challenge. Tho with several holes having blind landing areas, luckily there were no major hazards in the fairway to lose a ball.

Overall, we really enjoyed our outing. Which we can’t say about a few other courses we have played. We liked it enough to make a reservation for the following week.

Pace of play for 18 holes was just a little under 4 1/2 hours. Never had to wait. Wide open course. Greens were a little rough but still well worth the price. I played this course as often as I can this year.
