Applewood Golf Course

Great play course wasn’t overly packed pace of play was great. Played 18 holes in three hours with no slow ups

there was a twosome who cut in frnot of us after ninth hole without asking and the talk onphone so we bpass them. not courteous no ethics

I typically go out to applewood and have a great time , it’s always a great value for the money but I will say it’s quite a long drive from where I live

And the last two times I went out there to play they had the tee times absolutely packed together it was a madhouse all day with how busy it was I did t even get to play the front nine and had to play the back twice as the first couple tees were crowed up with over 5 different groups of 3 or 4 people when I was supposed to tee off to start my round and then again after we had decided to start on 10 all day every where we looked there were several groups ahead of us and behind us and it just felt insanely cramped the entire time

2nd time playing Applewood. I would describe the course as being flat with rolling hills. It has wide open fairways. Note to the weekend warriors: The greens are fast, one would definitely need practice putting.

For short shots, bump and runs usually do the trick for getting on the greens.

It’s fall. They are great at blowing the leaves away. You don’t lose balls. Play isn’t slowed from folks looking under leaves. They are thoughtful. I love it here.

I live in the area and it's in my top 5 courses to play on a regular rotation. The course is flat, has wide open fairways, and score-able par 3's and 5's. The course is a hidden gem in the CSRA; it's worth the drive for the layout and reasonable cost!

Course I play a couple of times a month, right now it is in good condition, Tees to Greens, Greens were as fast as I've ever seen them, no reason not to play at Applewood.

Not only is it a great value at $11 for 9 during the week, but it's a course actually worth playing! I play here a lot after work and the front and back differ enough that I can go out on 10 if I have played the front fort he last couple rounds.

I enjoy playing here and recommend to my coworkers looking to play in the area.

The staff have been great the few times I have played and the course is in good shape, it is a drive but we’ll worth it

I've played Applewood several times this year, and was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the course. It's very good. Much better than in previous years.Greens are true and quick for Bermuda grass. (unlike some other courses). Course layout is somewhat open, but still enough trouble to make you pay for a poor shot.

Carts need to be upgraded, but that's the only drawback to a pleasant round of golf. Like most courses these days,, the cart paths are not great either, but better than some I've played this year.
