About
Mystery Valley Golf Club encompasses 230 acres of gently rolling land that ranges from dense forests of towering Georgia pines to grassy meadows covered in acres of colorful wildflowers. Mystery Valley is known for both the beautiful scenery on the course itself and the stunning views from the elevated tees. There are two lakes and a pond that dot the course, coming into play on three holes. At just over 6,700 yards, the layout features some long holes but it will also test your short game with strategically placed bunkers around the fast, medium-sized greens. There is an interesting variety of holes including several winding par 5s and the watery and treacherous 15th hole, which is considered one of Atlanta's most challenging par 4s. The more challenging elements of Mystery Valley Golf Club are balanced by the generous, player-friendly fairways.

Course was in very good shape (for August). Not much play so round was at a great pace. Really enjoy playing at MV.
Great experience, played as it payed.
I snagged a tee time for 2 at 10:57am on a Sunday for $15/person, so this course was EASILY worth the money. Most other deals I see here are for the upper $20s or low $30s, and I’d say that’s a very fair price. Biggest downside was the bunker quality. Biggest upside was how sprawling the course is; a lot of Atl courses try to squeeze holes side by side, but this course really kept the holes separated. Hardest part is the length of the course. Easiest part is the how open and wide it is. You won’t get a championship experience here, but you’ll get exactly what you pay for. Oh also, pro shop prices on merchandise was cheapest I had seen anywhere! $60 for a Nike pullover with the course name on the chest! Also didn’t see a bev cart, but I never look for those anyway.

Great course. Traffics a little slow
Would benefit from having a Marshall to keep the pace of play going. Too many people don’t know how to wave someone through if they’re taking too long! Great course otherwise.

Great day at Mystery Valley
Course was in great shape. Long, wide fairways make this a fun course to play. Staff was friendly and efficient. Would definitely play there again.

Need more carts
First course is in good condition. Not bad for your money. Fairways were good but could use a little more TLC. The greens were very good and the the bunkers were ok. But they are lacking in golf carts. Ours died on 15 but they came out ASAP with another one. Golf shop stated that they need more carts and they are working on it. We did have a new cart also but yup it failed probably because they didn’t recharge it.
