Greens were just released for play from being under repair. As a result, they were in great shape.. course has nice layout, but the carts were horrible. We had. one that wouldn’t go and one that wouldn’t break.

Course in good shape and very few golfers on the course. Only drawback is new greens have been installed on about half the holes so you play to a poor temporary green. Otherwise all good.

The course layout is very good. Although the Bermuda rough could be a bit lower as I lost a few balls that were in the fairway rough. The best news is the course is looking better and the greens will be open in a few days. Overall it’s a fine course with friendly staff and I enjoy the layout. I do recommend the course and I expect the rating to go up now that the course conditions look more promising than they have this summer.

All of the greens were under repair except for about 4. Temporary greens were placed in the fairway and were terrible. I would not have played there had I known about the greens. This should have been disclosed at the time of booking for the round.

Greens were being redone and I had 0 clue about it. They cut out the fairway in front of the green and it was still at fairway cut. Wouldn’t have played for the price I did if I knew about the conditions.

The course is currently undergoing some improvement work on the greens. The front nine is open and the back nine are temporarily closed. The layout is good with reasonably wide fairways. The staff are excellent. I am glad they are working on the greens to get everything in tip top shape since I enjoy the full layout of this course. The rates are very competitive for the Atlanta market.

They were doing work on the course and set up temporary greens. Essentially using a small area on the fairway and calling it a green. Problem was, the grass wasn’t flat, like normal greens. And the cup holes were not crisp and we all missed several putts.

Course layout is good. Staff was excellent. However I may or may not return because of the distance from my house. I’m sure today’s course conditions aren’t the norm. Hopefully when the normal greens are in play it’s much better.

Course maintenance was a disaster. “Greens” in the middle of fairways and multiple single holes condensed in two holes that were practically chipping practice. Would need a much bigger discount to play again.

Course was in great shape except for the greens. Majority of holes had temporary greens. Pace of play was fast but not rushed. Overall a great day.

As of 6/28/25, all 18 holes have a temporary green. The course layout is a lot of fun and not too difficult if to spray the tee shot some like I do. But the temporary green made it a lot shorter and frustrating when I didn’t know before I booked the tee time. Staff was very nice.

Would have liked to have known ahead of time about temporary greens. Should never be $50 for temp greens.

Maybe wait a while on this one.

Temporary greens and one closed hole. If you want to get some swings in and practice chip-putting it’s a good deal. If you want to play a serious round look elsewhere until the greens are back. Temp greens are not greens but flags in the fairway.

Staff here and at sugar creek are great!!

Suggest avoiding. Temporary greens everywhere w and the fairways haven’t been mowed in some this me. There was no note on Golfnow about this when booked. Ruined what was otherwise a good Father’s Day due to this surprise.

The greens were more like bunkers as the contained more sand than grass. Two of the greens were in such bad shape, they stuck pins in the fairway in front of the greens to hit to. It was take an automatic two putt day. To be fair to the public, Mystery Valley should put a warning on their website stating that their greens are currently unplayable.
