About
Mystery Valley Golf Club encompasses 230 acres of gently rolling land that ranges from dense forests of towering Georgia pines to grassy meadows covered in acres of colorful wildflowers. Mystery Valley is known for both the beautiful scenery on the course itself and the stunning views from the elevated tees. There are two lakes and a pond that dot the course, coming into play on three holes. At just over 6,700 yards, the layout features some long holes but it will also test your short game with strategically placed bunkers around the fast, medium-sized greens. There is an interesting variety of holes including several winding par 5s and the watery and treacherous 15th hole, which is considered one of Atlanta's most challenging par 4s. The more challenging elements of Mystery Valley Golf Club are balanced by the generous, player-friendly fairways.

Mystery Valley
Course is in good shape, especially the greens. A bit of work being done on some bunkers but refreshing to actually see sand for a change. Many courses have forgotten that bunkers should have sand, not Georgia clay.
A bit pricey for a municipal course. $7 for small bucket of range balls, then having to hit from Mars is unacceptable.
Be sure to have your emailed confirmation if you paid with GolfNow - attendant couldn’t find my reservation.

Special course
Mystery Valley is is one of my favorite golf courses in GA. I Played here often in my College days and I will cherish every opportunity to play Mystery valley again. I told my playing there was only one straight par 4 on this course and we played that hole well actually. Looking forward to playing there again.

Fun course, low roughs
Had a great time today! All grass is in great condition, the roughs are all super low. I only lost one ball all day! Lol.

Good course to play!
I like this course. Not too hard, not too easy; it's just right. The pace of play can be slow at times but today as average. I'd recommend this to someone not looking to break the bank but play a challenging course.

Good to see the Valley again
Played Mystery Valley today after not being on this course in over 5 years.
Good to see Billy in the clubhouse and he was friendly as always.
Greens rolled good. Fairways could use some work. Bunkers were nice.
Pace was great.
Enjoyed coming back to where I learned the game.

Really nice course
I really like this course. It feels like an old school neighborhood country club. The layout is very playable for all levels. We had to wait to hit most of the way but we play pretty quick and made it around in 4 hours which is much better than other courses. I don’t play a ton but this will be my course of choice because it’s pretty, the pace of play is good and it’s affordable. My only complaint is that most of the bunkers need more sand. The greens were in really good shape and quick.

I like this course! Great value for the money.
This is a fun course to play. I would recommend to anyone not looking to spend a fortune on a round but that wants decent quality. It can be challenging at times and is a lot of fun to play.

Nice round
Played on Saturday afternoon 330pm TeeOff. Pace was real slow due to a twosome in front of us. Thankful they only played nine holes. After that pace pick up. Course in good shape. Greens was good. Always have good time playing here.
