About
Mystery Valley Golf Club encompasses 230 acres of gently rolling land that ranges from dense forests of towering Georgia pines to grassy meadows covered in acres of colorful wildflowers. Mystery Valley is known for both the beautiful scenery on the course itself and the stunning views from the elevated tees. There are two lakes and a pond that dot the course, coming into play on three holes. At just over 6,700 yards, the layout features some long holes but it will also test your short game with strategically placed bunkers around the fast, medium-sized greens. There is an interesting variety of holes including several winding par 5s and the watery and treacherous 15th hole, which is considered one of Atlanta's most challenging par 4s. The more challenging elements of Mystery Valley Golf Club are balanced by the generous, player-friendly fairways.

Nice course for August play
First time playing this course today. Was impressed with the stafff, course conditions and forgiveness to the average player. Would definitely play here again and recommend others play as well.
Purse conditions good and very forgivable. Look forward to playing again.
The course is improving.
Didn’t play here for a year. It seems they are updating the courses, some bunkers need sands.
Overall it still a very good course and definitely playing again.

Absolutely a pleasure playing this course after 10 years gap
I would like to play this course at least once a week after playing this week. The group I played John, Pete and David WIlliams - what a great company guys! It was absolutely a pleasure! I would recommend people to play this course, it is absolutely in a great shape. Loved it!

First time back
I grew up playing this course, and this was my first time back in over 30 years. The fairways and greens were in great shape. The bunkers need some attention. The pace of play was surprisingly efficient. Brought back great memories! Enjoyed the round immensely. Hope to come back again soon.

Very nice layout and greens in good condition
Play once a month in this course and I enjoy this place. The white tee is a little bit longer than other golf course and that makes more challenging.
And I appreciate that this place offer special tee times for golfers like me without deep pocket. I wish the other golf courses follow this place s example and give us a chance to explore and get to know other people in the name of golf.

Course is an excellent public course
I played Mystery Valley when I was a teenager and into my early 20's. Had not played in at least 45 years. I was pleased with the course condition and speed of play. We had an excellent experience. The Staff was friendly.
Greens are a little slow right now, but in pretty good shape; the traps are inconsistent. You can tell they are working to improve but not finished with the work.

Love this course. Wide open so hard to lose a ball out of play. Course is in great shape, staff is friendly, pace of play is fine.

Great Playing Experience
It’s an extremely fun course. The greens are challenging and course is well maintained. The bunkers can use some love but if you stay out of them, you avoid them all together. :)

Once more to Mystery Valley
It's been two years since I played the course and was pleasantly surprised, especially by the greens. No weeds and fast. Glad to see this place is being take care of once again. Pace of play, however, was a problem. The threesome in front of us were out of position because they didn't play ready golf and took forever looking for their balls. Not a Marshall in sight.
