Mystery Valley Golf Club

Pace of play was good, course conditions was good.

The course was in good condition, the sand traps are not being maintained.

This is good golf course but the price does not reflect the value compared to other good golf courses in the area. Southland better value any day of the week, stone mountain have great specials as well as smoke rise. The County needs to do a better job making this course worth what they want to charge.

My only wish is that they would improve the sand in the bunkers.

Mystery Valley is always a fun and challenging course to play. Management is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

. . . I played Mystery Valley every week and usually enjoyed myself. My last three visits there, however, were progressively disappointing. Simply put, the course is not being taken care of. Weeds in many of the greens, "sand" bunkers as hard as a rock, and pace of play Friday through Sunday that can only be described as painfully slow. If all you want is a place where you can hit golf balls without breaking any windows, this is it. Sad.

Very friendly staff and got a great deal. Course is not the best, but great for beginners.

Paired me with three other guys, had a great round, layout always great, greens fast and weedy. If people would fix ball marks on greens! Jack

Remains a great layout with some challenges but an equal number of “catch ups.” Very disappointed at the condition of the greens and tee boxes — serious work required to correct Bermuda intrusion and countless unrepaired ball marks on greens. Entrance to clubhouse is via a (permanently?) closed bar/snack bar and the pro shop really has nothing to offer. No rangers in evidence so pace of play was awful — five hour round! This course has great potential but really needs work and attention. No amenities or beverage cart available. You can play at better courses in the Atlanta area for smaller greens fees — try Chateau Elan to see how a good course is run!

Place has gone downhill. Management company spends no money. Traps are cement.. Greens ruined.

The greens were in the worse shape. Zero roll out. They were too soft and infested with weed..

I have played this course many times over the last few years. This is the worst I have ever seen the greens. Only about 3 of them did not have weeds. South land greens next door are in much better shape.

Really like that course, layout is nice in old pine trees. Thanks GolfNow to bring it to us.

Overall course condition was extremely poor. Fairways & greens poor condition sad to see course at this low level.

Arrived at the course right after a short rain burst. Pace of play was excellent and the fairways and roughs were manageable. The only blemish was the greens, which were really rough and wild growth abound.
