About
Cantigny Golf in Wheaton offers 27 holes of championship golf. It is also a great place for juniors with an academy and nine-hole youth links course. The holes are divided into the Lakeside, Hillside, and Woodside nines, names that connote the characteristics of the beautiful landscape. There are two meandering creeks as well as 12 lakes interspersed throughout the golf courses. The nines are played in three different 18-hole combinations. The Lakeside/Hillside Course, as the name would imply, takes advantage of the many lakes and elevation changes. Mature hardwood trees frame the holes and more than 100,000 flowers provide a colorful accent. In addition to water hazards, there are also strategically placed bunkers along the greensides. All of the golf courses are enjoyable challenging without being overly difficult.

Wonderful and Beautiful
First time here. Didn't know what to expect. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The greens for this early in the year were super fast and challenging. I will definitely be coming back regularly to try out the other two nine holes.
Excellent course
Great day for John and Bill to golf played in November course was in great shape barely any leaves was able to wear shorts Staff was great Tim was out there raking the bunkers by hand because the guy in front of us cannot find a rake excellent service have never seen that in all the years I've golfed first class
Perfect fall course
Beautiful course, great staff and wonderful restaurant. We were paired with two younger gentlemen who were GREAT golfers, but who also were wonderful to two 70+ seniors definitely not in their league. I know that’s not the courses choice, but was their usual course and speaks to quality of golfer who play there.
Roger Packard classic design
I may be a little biest ( I am related to the course architect ) but this is an absolute must play course in Illinois! It is always in immaculate shape and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly!
Well worth the $
Great experience starting from bag drop to pace of play and up to getting back my Wingman (forgot it…again). Played Lakeside-Hillside and the course has plenty of challenges to keep you on your toes. Staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful.
Just don’t go for the chicken wrap at the turn. It’s close to frozen and with only breading instead of the chicken.
Beautiful Course
Played Woodside and Lake Side. Both courses were challenging and the layout was great. It was a beautiful course. Greens were in great condition and average pace. Overall the staff was nice facilities were great. Chipping green, bunker area and putting green. Would play there again. Shot 79 from the white tees.
In Great Shape and Fun to Play
After booking the time i had heard it wasn’t in the best shape but those rumors were not true. We played Woodside / Lakeside and it was in pristine shape as you would expect for the price. The diabolical 2nd hole got the best of us but we enjoyed all of it.
