Rutgers Golf
What a beautiful course. The course is on the narrow side, for the most part, and forces the player to play as center as possible. The course is also on the short side, playing from the tips feels more like the blues at a normal course, the tees are also generally closely bunched so it's not as severe on most holes.
There are some tough greens here and some pin locations are absolutely dastardly.
Great for the price and the condition has been great each time I've been there.
Nice layout, true greens very perfect shape , friendly helpful staff.
Never been better shape
I have played this course several times over the years first time this year but the course was an excellent shape never seen the fairways this good greens are excellent fast but fair bunkers in very good shape tee boxes in very good shape I recommend this course very much
Rutgers
Great course, well taken care of.
Biggest issue is no turn dogs on a Saturday, apparently they were out of hotdogs.
Feels like more bugs than other courses but a bit of spray and you're well protected. Always enjoy coming here.
As expected
When playing Rutgers you can count on good conditions .
Check in is easy . The staff is friendly .
Parking is across the street,
A “ schlep” to get your clubs to to the course—- that’s the only negative.
Great round of golf
First time playing this course, drove out from Jersey City. Really nice course. Greens had good slope which made it challenging, fairways open for the most part so if you miss wide left or right you shouldn’t have an issue punching out. Great round, would come again for sure.
