The Links at Brick Landing, a gated community with an 18-hole golf course, is located north of Myrtle Beach in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina and features Atlantic ocean views along the Intracoastal Waterway. Four holes on the back nine are adjacent to Sauce Pan Creek which is a saltwater marsh filled with wildlife. Nos. 1 and 18 sit on the Intracoastal Waterway with the Ocean Isle Beach barrier island serving as a backdrop. The course was sold and received new ownership in 2021 and renovations include new Sunday Ultradwarf Bermuda greens.

Challenging course

Cosrse
The play was during the winter and the night before there was an inch of rain. The fairways and greens drained very well. I was expecting a wet mushy coarse but it as dry as could be expected. Once again the coarse drained very well. The pro came out to greet us at the end of play. He was extremely nice and asked if they could have done anything differently for a better golfing experience. There was nothing that could have made it better. This is a very challenging coarse and I encourage anyone to play it

Challenging experience
Very challenging and interesting course; all staff members are very kind and courteous; the course needs more (better) maintenance. Some driveways and greens are very bad. But the hot deal was really worth playing there.

Great over seeded fairways and greens
For January the course was in great shape. The fairways and greens were all green and growing great. Had a great time playing it. Great price for the shape of the course.

Water, Water Everywhere
Has some good holes and enjoyable tp play. A couple of the holes looked like they had been squeezed in between some condos and were a bit out of place, but the course had a number of quality holes with tight fairways and plenty of water hazards. Would have given higher marks for condition but tees were in poor shape and as noted , at least 4 greens were very poor. Not sure what the problem was as most of the greens were very good and fairways in better shape than most for winter golf.

Not bad.
This is a fun and challenging course. Have to be able to control your shots as the wind does blow a bit most of the time. The greens are mostly in good shape and roll true. There are about three or four greens that have some bare spots that should grow back in by the end of spring.

Fun golf course
The course was in very good shape .The fairways have been over seeded and were great to play off of.The greens are as fast as I have ever seen them .There are a few greens that are worn a bit but overall they were nice. It is such a scenic golf course especially the 1st and 18 holes.

Brick Landing has improved so much in the last 12 months! Right now in January of 2023 is the best Brick Landing has looked and played in over 2 decades. Congratulations and I can't wait for the rest of 2023!

Improved from a year ago
Fairways and t boxes over seeded, so good. Greens quick and improved and playable, but still need a lot of work on bare spots. Not a bad option for a quick less expensive option

Good layout
Some greens were in tough shape. Don’t know if disease has them with bare spots. Or what. Fairways were thin in some spots. A lot of hard pan areas. Layout and course design was good. Pretty holes along the inter coastal. 18 was a beast

NC Myrtle Beach golf
The staff at this course was very welcoming. Weather wasn't great and not many on course, but it was a good fair test. Clubhouse recommended playing to more front tees on some holes that demanded too much and that was great information.
Never played this course before in my four visits to Myrtle Beach area from Michigan. Great value for the money. I will come back next year. I am 63 and my golfing friend is 75 years old. Again, I say clubhouse people were outstanding, but probably due to only 20 people on the course .

Tees and fairways were a 3.5. The greens have some patchy areas although the ball rolled fairly well. I would play again

50 miles away
Long way from Myrtle Beach but worth it just wish golf now would list the courses for Myrtle Beach area like they do in Florida. Where I do not play anymore
