Great day
Course is in excellent condition. Had a great day. Pace was a little slower than previous rounds, but weather was perfect .
They have added an extra set of tees by having you play from a mix of white and yellow tees. Don’t know why more courses don’t do this because it lets you play a good overall yardage. Other players in group played the white tees which would have been too much for me. This was great for a bit more challenge
Course in great shape, a little wet
4 1/2 hour round, wet conditions, but allowed to ride on fairway. Bay side closed, but Sand & Piper in great shape.
Highly recommended
My father in-law and I played here for the first time while on vacation from Ohio and what a beautiful course. I’m about a 20 handicap and it was challenging but very fun. Not the hardest but not the easiest either. Staff was super nice and so was the club member we got pairs with. Thanks for showing us the ropes Dave. Highly recommend
Good Course
Good Course for the money. The round came with a bag of range balls. Chipping and putting greens were also very nice. The pace of play was very good and the conditions could not have been better. Great staff.
Another Course North of Myrtle
And another good track. Greens were in great shape, very impressed with the value of this course and a lot of course I’ve been to in the Calabash, Little River, sunset beach area. I’d recommend this, had a bit of a country club feel in that the bag guys and staff are very professional. Well run course with 27 holes I played Piper and Bay course. Just enough water (some is hidden).
Great Layout
This is my second time playing Sandpiper Bay. I played with a very nice couple. Course conditions were great for this time of year. Due to the social distancing I did not take advantage of the concessions. The staff at the course are very nice and accommodating as I had an issue with my cart. Great value for the money and I will be returning
Great course
Love this course. It is one of our favorites - always well maintained and beautiful with all the water features. Great golf at a great price!
Great Course
Great Course, but the pace of play was a bit slow. It was a beautiful day, so that fine. Lots of people out enjoying the time outside on a great day to play golf.
Fun and challenging
Fun and challenging. Really enjoyed playing this course and feel that it was in very good condition especially the greens were quite nice.Checking in was a little awkward, with checking in through a window and all staff staying inside which I totally understand but it was a little awkward. Although there was no one at the drop off clubs area, after checking in at the window, I learned I should drop the clubs off and wait for a person to come up to take my clubs down to the carts. I’m sure it is very nice when we are not trying to abide by the COVID-19 guidelines. I do think some signs to explain things to someone who has never played there before would be helpful Don’t want to complain though I really enjoyed the course the layout and time spent there.. As a female, I did not find it too long, in fact it was just right.
Greens are VGood and fast play
Course is embracing spring well. Fareways and greens are in top condition. Rough is still short so it is easy to find your ball unless you hit the water too deep. Beautiful day, took under 4 hours.
Another Beautiful Day @ Sandpiper Bay
Nothing to complain about, except my inconsistent play. The day was fun, the course was good.
Great course.
This course was amazing, in great shape, great set up. Staff was very friendly, definitely plain on playing here again.
Love this course!
We played the Sand and Piper courses this day. Both courses were in excellent condition, as usual. The courses at Sandpiper Bay are an excellent "fit" for a couple as some holes present a challenge depending on tee selection and almost all holes are "lady friendly" from the forward tees. We will continue to list theses courses among our favorites.
Nice course
Greens were excellent and layout is challenging but fair. staff was great.
