A few holes have problems
Overall ok shape but some greens were not well groomed. 7 & 8 are really good golf holes
very nice course beautiful lay out greens and fairways were good for this time of year 3 20
Nice Layout
Nice golfer friendly layout. Lots of work being done on course and lots of work and ground keeping to be done on
Course. Average to poor conditions. Greens very slow and tons on pine needles and leaves on the fairway.
Nice course
It was a fun course to play. Holes 6 and 7 are signature
Fun
First time playing this course and we found it very enjoyable. Would play again and again if we could. Nice green fairways, puttable greens. Nice venue. Only wish that they would put up signs for the Jones course and Byrd courses before we got to the center and a sign with arrow to the Maples course.
Nice course
Play was fast. Played as a single was not many PM golfers today.

Staff was extremely helpful as I never played the course before. The course was in good shape. The greens ran true. I would play again.
Seatrail Best Kept Secret
The three courses at Seatrail are always well kept especially the Maples course. Golf Now prices are amazing at 18 dollars a player for this time of year. The fairways were green and mowed and the greens were like carpet unlike the majority of the courses in the Myrtle Beach area. The best value for your money.
Average
I would rate this course average for the area. Conditions were OK, but a bit shabby near tees and between holes. Worth playing for the price.
Enjoyed the Layout
I particularly enjoyed the layout. From the regular men's white tees, slope is 127, although the yardage is around 6,000, so it is "sneaky tough" in places. Greens were in good shape, fairways over-seeded with rye grass all look good. The cart paths are a disaster, need to be re-done. The course needs an update to the beautification, cart paths, and outside the fairways in general. I hope by spring 2017 these can be fixed. Despite that, I look forward to returning.

Good course for the money.
Practicing for heaven
Can you imagine, perfect weather, charged up golf carts, good company, and a great score..... Heaven can wait.
Old favorite needs a little TLC
Hadn't played here in 20 years. Was always a favorite. Not a long course but many holes requires well thought and accurate shot placement to score well. The staff was very friendly, from the pro shop to starter to grill ladies and the ranger. Like many area courses it would benefit from additional investment to improve maintenance and update some course features. Some tees and places in fairways were thin and a few greens had patchy areas. Cart paths really need work. On the plus side they had recently over seeded for winter and the rye appeared to be filling in nicely. Also, there was a beverage cart on the course.
