The only thing that could be improved is the fairways I understand with the rainy season especially on certain holes is difficult but overall great course

The course was not in the best shape but the layout is excellent. The staff is the outstanding! One of the best I’ve ever seen. Food is excellent. The service is enough for me to return.

The course has no Fairways. Everything here is the rough. No water anywhere for the whole 18 holes, no cart girl. For the money this may be the worst course I have played. This place should be $10 around Max. Looks absolutely nothing like the pictures.

Greens and sand traps were good. Tee boxes and fairways need work

But still pretty darn awful.

Pros:

- greens were solid. Some were actually good.

- staff was friendly and understanding of the extremely poor product they were serving.

Cons:

- everything else

• fwys were horrendous

• they ran of golf carts and multiple carts broke down on the course

• traps

• tee boxes

• overall look/conditions of the course

Some areas of the course gave you a 50 yro abandoned haunted mansion feel.

We paid $50 on 6/24 to play in these conditions. We started an hour late bc there were no carts. Some people actually left. The carts that worked were hoopties.

Will the course satisfy the need for a quickie? Sure, as long as they keep the greens solid. But the person recommending this course (unless footing the bill for the entire outing) will be utterly embarrassed by the conditions.

Great layout and good greens but tee boxes and fairways need a lot of work. Many tall weeds and bare areas in the fairways. Not sure how they got away with charging $100.00 over the winter. Early tee times is the best way to avoid slow play. keep in mind that, even though booking through their website, Golfnow is in charge of it so you pay booking fees and cancellations or adjustments have to be made through Golfnow

The course is showing some improvement. Specifically the back 9 (Btw, the nines have been switched. The original front 9 is now the back 9). All greens overall were in good to very good condition. Some of the tee boxes have condition issues but you can see improvements. The Front 9 still has pretty bad fairways and roughs. We "headed" up our balls on every shot on the front. The weeds growing in the fairways looked like they hadn't been mowed in about a week. We noticed most of the maintenance crews were working on the back 9. Perhaps this is because you can see more of that part of the course from the roadways around the course. Even though conditions are improving, I would not pay more than $40 to play this course. They did offer a lunch upgrade when we checked in for $7. It is a good deal and gave us a chance to cool down afterwards in the upstairs dining room/bar. Excellent food and the service staff was also friendly and attentive.

After asking over $90 for 18 in the winter rates, they have gone back to $37. Greens were in great shape. Fairway Not so much. Playable but several bare spots. Still enjoy this course as long as they stay reasonable on price.

Great layout. Ok greens snd aprons but several dfairways the need to be bulldozed and redone. They were like playing in a pasture.

I would suggest to take care of your range and drop the prices of your range balls because they are very pricy. But the course itself is very well maintained and enjoyable to play on.

Fairways are in horrible condition. Greens are mediocre at best. Fringe is rough. Rough is jungle. Best part of this course is the cart guys, super friendly and they clean your clubs after your round

$40 green fee on the weekend says it all. Fairways are in POOR condition. Greens look good but are slow and just punched. Its a value play, thats about it.

There were several groups stacked together at the first tee. Playing as a solo it took me over 4 hours to finish the round. It was hot that day and they had no water on the course so you better bring your own and bring plenty of it. Some tee boxes and fairways were in rough shape, but overall the greens were good.

This course used to be immaculately kept but needs quite a bit of work especially on the fairways as many of them have lost grass and I just Sandy patches and weeds. The greens are in good shape and the layout is a fun layout.

Management is making efforts to improve the course. Some tee boxes and fairways still need work. The greens were recently aerated and coming back nicely.

Great layout, friendly accommodating staff, greens in good shape, fairways in bad shape right now. Mediocre review due to conditions of fairways, a lot of bare spots.
