The Ridge Golf Course & Events Center

The staff are very friendly not a single thing to compare to cause they are just plain nice. Everything is great and the greens need more time to recover from aeration.

Enjoyed the course and the dinner at the club house on the deck overlooking the 18th hole!

For winter conditions course is very playable and the greens will be Augusta like in 3 weeks

All was excellent except signage, or lack of it, between the 1st and 2nd hole. We stupidly teed off from the 9th tee box toward the 2nd fairway, over a tree,, before the beverage girl noted our error and corrected us.

I had played the course about 15 years ago and forgot this rather unusual staging.

We dodged the bullet where the 8th and 13th tees boxes also intersect so no damage there.

Pro shop attendant was excellent; very helpful with my handicap issues and just with his overall demeanor and instructions.

Love the course and would recommend it to any first timers.

Course was in great shape, though I was not informed that greens had been aerated. Disappointed to find out upon arrival.

The back nine was closed for aerating and the front nine had just been done. The greens were very lumpy and most of the punches were only partially filled with sand making it nearly impossible to predict the break and speed of the putts.

This is a great layout with exceptional greens. Tough but fair. The course was wet from rain from the day before but worked it out. I would say this is close to a championship layout.

Fun course, small fairways, lots of sand bunkers and water. Not a grip-em and rip-em course, must be strategic. We followed a group of 5 all day, they would not give up the opportunity to play thru.
