Liked it a lot.

Visiting Sacramento from out of state. Have played several greater Sac area courses. The Ridge is my fifth course in seven days on this trip (others have been Teal Bend (nice), Whitney Oaks (nice but narrow), and the two at Lincoln Hills (Orchard and The Hills - neither in very good shape). The Ridge is the nicest so far this trip and I intend to go back. Bring your A game.

Love the course and the pro shop. Staff were great and very accommodating. Arrive early to enjoy the putting green and driving range. Beautiful area, wildlife, and no worries of shanking one onto someone's rooftop.

The Ridge is one of my very favorite course in the Sacramento area. While the course was a little over water in such hot weather, my reduction of stars is for the service.

We were literally called us to the first tee and they hadn't given us a cart. We had a 12:10pm tee time. The pro shop staff was very nonchalant. The place was hopping. It was a Friday ahead of the Labor Day weekend.

Don't want to hit them too hard, but poor planning on someone's part.

I love this course cause it’s difficult always in great shape. This course will test every club in your bag. If you get good at the ridge you will be able to play anywhere. The staff is always great cart girl even on weekdays.

This course offers a challenging layout in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. It is in great condition and ready to be challenged by your golf game. The greens are medium fast and true, and the fairways are in great shape. I will be back soon to play this course again.
