Eagle Chase Golf Club

Course is back to near perfect condition now. All the greens were perfect. Course is in fantastic shape. Conditions are back to the course that I love so much.

course was very well maintained. looked so beautiful that I feel like playing as pro at a tournament. layout was fantastic. dramatic elevation changes dogleg right and left and water hazards. green look really good but little slow due to the Florence?long drive from home but definitely I will be back to play again soon

This is truly one of my favorite courses - pace of play always great - the pro shop staff is very helpful and friendly. The greens are among the best I have played

Eagle Chase is a fair challenging course. You face a number of uphill shots into green. The greens are holding shots better. The cart paths are in need of repair

Excellent course for the money. Only 35 minutes from the Ballantyne area. Will return as much as possible.

Getting to Eagle Chase was a 40 minute trip for me, but I would do it every day if I could. This is a FANTASTIC layout with impressive elevation changes. It was like playing in the mountains! Greens were true, tee box were well maintained and the staff was both outgoing and knowledgeable. Amenities were scarce, which was not too big a deal. Fell in love with this course.

This is my 3rd trip this year. Course was in great shape even after 5+ inches a rain the week before. Tee boxes were average, fairways were in great shape and same with the bunkers. The greens were a little slow but is typical. They are working a few greens in spots but the other areas rolled very well. Staff is always great. Only downfall to golf at Eagle Chase is the drive...but that's why it is so reasonable. But being in the country also gives you a wonderful layout with no houses anywhere. Take the drive, you won't regret it.

His course is extremely hilly so bring ur A game! I don’t do well w up/downhill lye so making accurate shots is imperative. Rough cart paths but that is fairly common in Charlotte area. Fun course nice clean fairways and elevated tee boxes.

This course is always a great value. Conditions aren’t perfect, but you can see that improvements are in the works. This is the second time that my group had a 5some in front of us. On the day I played I saw 2 additional 5 somes on the course. Pace was slow today because of this.

What a gem?! This course is a long way out of Charlotte but well worth the drive. Great layout, good condition today with only a couple of areas being repaired. This course is a lot of fun, large variations in elevation and plenty to think about on most shots. . We will be back.... soon!

I went to play today 7/9 and was surprised that only back nine was open due to aeriification.on the front nine.Golfnow had not notified me and just a warning they are going to do the back nine tommorow so only the front will be open.

Course was in decent conditions with recent drought. The biggest draw back was the winter kill on 6 greens, which they are addressing. No reduction in price for this just a sign on every cart explaining to move your ball to an unaffected area on the green.

Eagle chase is a gem just 50 minutes from Charlotte. It is a great layout with lots of elevation changes and a great staff. For the price, you can’t beat this course. Highly recommend.

beautiful course, great value, a few greens were burned out, the balance (15 holes) the greens were perfect. Lots of elevation change, but still mostly flat lies. Tough course if you can't carry the ball, but really fun green complexes, fast and firm fairways. will play again at this price point.

Played Friday afternoon with a friend, there was only a few groups out there and the course was in great shape. #9 and 18 a little rough but the rest of the course is in great shape. Def be back.

this was a fun course to play. elevation changes, short par 4s, reachable par 5s. this course had a little bit of everything. I highly recommend you make the drive out to play this course.

Very nicely kept course with lots of elevation changes and great views of the surrounding countryside. Only downside were two greens undergoing repair. Overall a good value. Love to go back.

Overall the course is in beautiful shape minus about 2-3 holes that they are recovering from but by all means they aren’t too bad. The views and elevation changes make it a fun course to play! Definitely worth a visit
