Eagle Chase Golf Club

The greens were rolled and in great condition. Fairways were green! Great price as always!

Course was fun....hole five was a challenge. Pace of play was a bit slow but not so slow as to be frustrating. Greens were excellent and staff was friendly. Will play again for sure.

My two sons and daughter-in-law and myself played at 10:40 for a golf now price of $19+fees for a total of $89! Great deal.

We split a small bucket $5 and practice pitted for abou 5 min on the very nice practice green.

The course is very scenic with water holes, elevation changes, and mountains in the background.

The course condition was excellent for early April. Traps had been raked and had a very playable base of good sand. The fairways were still dormant but very playable. The greens were rebuilt about 3 years ago according to the pro shop attendants, with zoysia grass and were very smooth and a great speed with a firm texture. They held a good shot.

Saw a blue heron on the second hole as I was too close to the pond.

Maintenance workers were on the course but we never ran into them.

#16 is a par 3 with a hill on the right side. My son hit his shot off this hill and it rolled to within inches of the hole! After finishing our round we were having a Yuengleng when the foursome behind us came in and one of their golfers scored an ace on the hole by banking it off the hill!

Very interesting course, well maintained, and friendly staff. It’s a must play!

If you live in the Charlotte area, especially the eastern suburbs, you'd do yourself a favor by playing Eagle Chase. It's almost like a mountain course, given the very hilly conditions. The greens are great, and the entire course -- from tee boxes to the pin -- is challenging. It's very scenic, too. Once the fairways "green up," which will happen soon, the place will be in top shape.

The course was in good condition for this time of year and the staff was friendly. As advertised, the course is very much up and down hills and the fairways and greens had a lot of slope. On some holes hitting it near the middle or even toward the outside could result in the ball going near the out of bounds on the opposite side due to the severe slope. It is a difficult course for beginner or limited skilled golfers. All in all a nice picturesque course but more fun for better golfers.

This course is always in good condition. The greens are always in great condition. The course drains extremely well, and rarely is cart path only. The fairways are starting to green up and will be in great condition in a couple of weeks. The staff and pro here are very friendly and always welcome you to the course. Definitely, my favorite local cousrse.

I have played this course many times and this was the first time that I encountered gnat's on the course. They were everywhere and very annoying. I ran across the same problem awhile back at Red Bridge in Locust. I liked everything else about the course but If you play golf there bring bug spray.

Best greens I have played period. I enjoyed reading and putting these greens! If you enjoy the challenge of putting you will enjoy ths course. Layout was a little hilly for my taste but still a great golf course. The value is exceptional.

Course in great condition for the time of year, staff as always friendly and courteous. If you like a challenge and a great layout, this is the place. Bring your best shot making with you and enjoy the great greens and scenery.

Great course, but putting was not that easy! The greens really really fast.

Drove from Charlotte and wasn’t disappointed. Greens are fantastic and the course is fun and challenging. Also, can’t hear the value and price. Will go back.

This was my first time playing the course and I really enjoyed it. Got a great deal on the Golf Now app and the course was in great condition for the beginning of March. Only problem was I was playing as a single and there was a foursome that never let me play through so I called it a day after 12 holes. Otherwise I enjoyed the experience

Me & a couple of friends played here this weekend. The conditions were awesome! The greens were flawless! Do yourself a favor and play this course.

I've played here many times. It's a drive from charlotte, but the greens are great. They roll true and always in great condition. Nice lay out, challenging , used every club in the bag. Truly a nice course.

This is an extremely good course with 18 really good holes.

We had another great round at Eagle Chase. The greens continue to be maintained amazingly - essentially flawless. The remainder of the course is in as good as condition as possible for this time of year. Apparently they just got a new fleet of carts which was a welcome surprise. This may be a bit longer of drive from someone coming out of Charlotte. However, it is an easy drive and not as long as it may appear on a map. My group plays this course at least once and month and will continue to do so.
