Greenwood Country Club

First time playing at Greenwood CC and it was in great shape. We played here because it’s halfway between my brother’s house and mine. Was perfect for what we wanted, will definitely play again soon.

This was my third time playing Greenwood CC. It’s a bit of a drive for me or I would play there more often. Course has a great layout with plenty of challenge but also plenty of chances to score. The course was in better shape last fall but it’s still in good just not great shape like it was then. I imagine the wet winter and how quick it’s become hot has affected that. Starter is a joy to chat with.

This is currently the best course in Greenwood. Well paced greens, challenging pin placements, and great value. I’m always impressed with the condition of this course.

This old course is just amazing. We have had several feet of rain in the last few months and they can still keep this course in above average shape. The greens are so true, just a pleasure to putt on. Even though the members are not very friendly (almost rude sometimes) the staff is wonderful and welcoming. A really great course!!

Course is ok. Guy in Pro shop snubbed us since we purchased our round on Golf Now. His exact words "we dont make any money off of it".

Truly enjoyed this course. Great layout, greens rolled true, fairways in good shape. Can’t wait to play it again. The course showed a little wear from all the recent rains, but all in all, great experience! We played the gold tees, and it was plenty challenging. The staff was very friendly, the clubhouse looked great, but due to it being a Tuesday, the grill wasn’t open. Not sure if they allow non members to play on a routine basis. We played on a Golf Now Hot Deal. I put two balls in the water on stupid shots, but this course will absolutely challenge you, even from the golds.

Highly recommend this course for any level of golfer. Fun course to play and always in great condition. Well worth the drive from Columbia.

Love the older architecture tracks. Very good course conditions. Pace of play quick. Pro and starter polite and quick to help. Great experience.
