Lancaster Golf Club

Unfortunately the course had gotten a ton of rain and drains poorly. If the course was dry I think it would be much more enjoyable. Despite the rain, the greens remained in pretty good shape.

This is a very good course and in good shape. There is an issue with Golf now reservations. The online reservations don't show up and you may have to spend time explaining the staff about reservation.

played here before Xmas and was informed that several holes were cart path only due to wet fairways- those same holes were still cart path only day despite no rain for several days- definitely have a drainage issue

Considering the recent rain and being winter conditions, the course was in very good shape. Love the staff and vibe of the people.

I am a high handicap golfer, but I joined three very good golfers! They were kind to me and encouraged me. Some holes are easy and build my confidence , like #s 1 and 2 and some like #4 and #9 freak me out! Course was well groomed. Greens were good. I appreciate the practice tees and clubhouse friendliness.

The course was great! The clubhouse only allowed 2 people in the store so I could not see if they had beers or other refreshments available. Had I known I would have bright my own sandwich etc.

Solid course. The front 9 is pretty wide open. The back nine is tree lined. You have to be accurate. The greens were in good shape.

During Covid, didn’t have access to restaurant or beer cart. Bring it with you or get snacks at the clubhouse.

Super friendly staff and starter. Very helpful and acknowledgeable. The weather was perfect for this time of year. Got paired up with another single and the pace of play was slow at the beginning, but everyone got spread out a little and we moved along smoothly. The tee boxes were a little rough in spots, but the greens and fairways were in excellent shape. Fairly wide open, so, if you miss your mark, you don't get too penalized for being out of position. Overall fun and enjoyable day. Will visit again in the future.

This was a less challenging golf course than Springfield, but I truly enjoyed it. There were some challenging water holes which made it interesting. Would definitely play here again!

Great value for the money!!! Lancaster was in great shape all the way around. Tees, fairways, bunkers and greens all in really nice condition. Pace of play was more than adequate for a busy Friday. Love the layout with a wide open front 9, followed by a back 9 that winds through a wooded area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Carts are modern and work well. Course features doglegs, rolling hills and a couple of ponds that come into play. Greens are large and grainy. They will test your putter all round long. Definitely a course that will be enjoyable for all skill levels.
