Myrtle beach. You expect all sorts of nonsense when booking. However, members driving up to the greens, without any indicators that they're allowed, double stacking tees when obviously you can't handle it. Just about an hour and forty five for the front. Almost 3 for the back. Would not recommend

Greens were in poor condition. Dead spots covered with a coloring to camouflage the issue. Would not play this course again.

The pace of play would have been okay if not for twosome behind us. We had to search for balls in rough. Wet conditions after much rain caused slow play. Some balls needed cleaning before hitting but course really looked nice! Greens putted well too!

Good time in my group. 93F with a 102 heat index, how could you go wrong.

Played in the late afternoon and pace of play was excellent. The course is in very good condition with well manicured tees and fairways. The greens where a bit on the slow side but that is expected this time of the year. Has a good range with a very friendly staff. The layout is very good with a really nice mix of different holes. Although located in a residential neighborhood. You barely see any houses and very little out of bounds comes into play although there are plenty of other hazards.

Played many courses around the Murrells Inlet area. First time at the East Plantation course. Conditions were pretty good. Greens rolled true. Slower than I expected but fair. Nice fairways and tee boxes. Layout made you think before you teed off. Staff was awesome from pro shop to the cart girl. Shot one of my lowest rounds so far this year. Cant wait to go back

Staff was very nice. The starter was great. Course was in very good shape. Really enjoyed the round. I would play again.

Really enjoyed the course, the aminities, the staff and as the pace of play was fantastic.

Great, challenging layout from the Blues. Plenty of water placed in the correct places to challenge you without making it impossible to clear. Some long par 5's and really nice par 3's - including the 185 yard number 15.

Stepped up with my handy 6 iron (which, a few holes before had shanked into the woods!) so, you know I had a few thoughts running through my head. But, took a long breath, stepped up and put an excellent swing together - "well struck" I said to myself and my lovely wife who was riding along and sort of passively watching between turning pages on the kindle. She looked up only to see the ball coming down, straight on line and wondering why I was getting so excited. It landed just short of the pin and disappeared out of site from the tee box, so there was a few moments of hesitation while we rode up the the green. The elevated green from the cart path didn't make the view any easier, so I sent her up to look. Sure enough, it was in the hole, resting gently against the bottom of the pin! Success! An Ace on the 185 yard 15.

So, yes. I have a new favorite course!

Excellent round of golf.Very good layout and a very relaxing pace of play. One of the best days down here.

Enjoyed the course. Good conditions fairways and greens. Would play again.

Exactly a year ago I played that course,it was a total money loss,the fairways were less than average And the greens were dirt patches.After reading some reviews this year I decided to give it a try.Amazingly who ever is responsable for the course

First, I have to mention that I did not play the front 9. We were sent off the back and when we made the turn, they had just sent a group of 16 off in front of us at number 1. Very frustrating.

Anyway, the back 9 is very forgettable. Every single hole is straight with out of bounds on the left and right of most. The course was in decent shape. Better than my home courses at this time of year but not as good as some others in the area.

I'll definitely skip this course next time I'm in the area. Too many other excellent courses with character to play this one again.

Need to be straight of the tee and bring your putting 'A' game to score well on very good greens

Unfortunately I can only give a review of the back 9 since we were sent off the back and when we made the turn, they had just sent a group of 16 off ahead of us. Very poor planning on their part.

As for the back 9, its straight. Every hole is dead straight. Very boring. The greens and fairways were in good shape but the design of the course is nothing to write home about. Makes me think maybe I could've easily designed a better course than this.

Maybe the front is better but overall, a very forgettable course and one that I won't be playing again.

I enjoyed the course and the staff was nice. It was somewhat challenging and I recommend it.

Loved the pace of play...hit the ball, get in the cart and drive to the ball, hit the ball..... and still the course Marshall stopped twice to see how we were doing.

We did buy the $3.00 course guide and strongly suggest others do as well.

Fun course in a beautiful subdivision although you don't really notice the homes when you are taking shots.

This was our first time playing the course but we will return and recommend it to friends.
