Wachesaw Plantation East

My first time to play this course. Staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the course layout, playing from the white tees. Conditions were a bit wet because of recent rain, but otherwise in very good condition. Greens were really soft and receptive, as well in great condition. Putting on these greens was a pleasure,. I will be returning to play another round for sue. Great value with golfnow tee time discount.

The course on Wachesaw Plantation drained well from earlier T-storms in the day/week. We played 'Cart path Only' . .beautifully maintained course. .We wished that they offered twilight rates [our tee-time was 5:27 PM].

Tough course for first time. GPS would definitely had helped . Nice course. No Beverage cart . 3.5 hour round we were a twosome behind a foursome. Still pace was very good.

I played 18 as part of a threesome on Memorial Day. The pace of play was good; we had to wait on a few tee boxes and fairways, but we completed the round in 4 hours.

Despite it being a blazing-hot holiday, there was no beverage cart on the course and each of the four water coolers positioned around the course was empty.

Despite the dry weather the greens were in good shape, very firm. The fairways and much of the rough were suffering with lots of dead patches and exposed hard-pan areas. Strangely, the pins on the front nine were all positioned near the middle of the greens, and the pins on the back nine were much tougher, often only a few steps off the fringe.

A fun round of golf with friends; however the course has no memorable holes, great views, or stand-out qualities to bring me back.

My wife and I played the course for the first time today. I played the yellow tees (18HC) my wife a relative beginner played the reds. The course was perfect from those tees. Loved the layout. Would be great from the back tees. Great condition. Played 18 in 4 hours. Going back later in the week!

Played today with three others, started on the 10th tees due to double tee times.

They were busy however not a lot of wait time got around in 4hr 40min.

I had play this course and knew there were trouble off the fairway. Tight course but playable, got to keep in fairway and use 150yard marker as your line to the greens.

I think you will enjoy your round from your tee preference.

Second time this week playing this course. Thoroughly enjoyed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Course in beautiful shape. Will be back.

We got a reservation through GOlf Now for 1715hrs but when we arrived, they told us that they double tee times and that we won’t be able to complete 18 holes before dark. After a very long front nine (3 hrs), we were able to play 15 holes finishing in complete darkness. For that price, they should not offer tee times to Golf Now knowing that guesses won’t have time to complete their round. I am President of my own course back home and I will never accept these kind of situations. That being said, the course condition was superb and pleasant to play.

The fairways and greens were in nice shape. The practice facility was also well maintained and well appointed.

A challenging layout and test for all handicap levels.

The only complaint was the pace of play. Five and a half hours is much to long to play a round at any golf course.

Not sure what was going on this day, but it didn't make for a comfortable round.

Course is laid out well. Weather a few days before I went out was strong storms so lots of soggy areas on the course. Greens were fair. I will definitely be back. The one thing that annoyed me was no carts driven to the range. Seems dumb, this is the only course I have ever golfed at where they get mad because you drive your cart to the range before your round.

Hadn't played here in years. We had a hot deal from golfnow. The course is in very good shape. Staff is very friendly. Complimentary range balls. Nice large practice facility that's in great shape. Pace of play was good. I'll start to come more often.
