5 of the greens on the back 9 were non-existent. The rest of the greens were extremely slow and bumpy. I would not recommend this course unless they confirm the greens are in good shape

The course layout, fairways and staff are excellent. The greens were punched a couple weeks ago and have played far better greens conditions that were newly punched and sanded. The greens were very rough and little sand so were very bumpy and burned out.

The greens need to be redone for the most of the 18 holes. No way to judge break or speed on thes. Do not spend your money on this course unless you just don’t care.

Beautiful scenery and layout is fun. However, the greens were not running true and tee boxes were in rough shape. Lots of sand on greens. The scenery was worth the $90 to play but wouldn't pay more for the course in this condition

I booked our June 8 tee time on June 1. I was instructed they were aerating on June 1, but the course would be fine by June 8. This was nowhere true the greens were a mess with sand and large plugs. Still not recovered from the aeration. Wais said they charged full price for the condition of the greens. The card attendant at the end of the round was extremely rude and almost backed over my son‘s foot, trying to race the cart away from us.

One of the very best layouts in the Hilton Head Area. Greens had been punched a week ago, but several areas were just sand. If the greens were in simi decent shape this track would be the best value in the area.

Beautiful course, I would consider a parkland style with water on most holes. Greens recently aerated and sanded were so bad, made putting impossible to read distances, so 2 putt rule was the norm. When greens are back it still be on the list to come back to. Staff very friendly.

Now to the subject title. Those two holes are enough to put you in a bad mood. Each hole like 2 tight par threes put together.

The greens had been recently aerated and sanded and were unplayable. This was not mentioned during the booking process (through GolfNow). Not doing so is unconscionable. I look forward to playing nice courses during my vacation at Hilton Head and am willing to pay premium for the experience. But this was worse than any municipal course I’ve ever played. The low price was touted as a last minute “Flash” discount, not an aeration discount. Major major disappointment.

It was a great day although they need to out water out in the course.

Course is always in great condition and the natural landscape is beautiful. The employees are friendly and down to earth. Pace of play has always been solid. Nice carts with GPS. Food & bev is very reasonable for the area.

Would recommend this course to anyone in the area, great layout and challenging holes.
