This course has 3 nines that were all different.
They are in the process of sanding greens. The good news is that they are able to shut down one nine and you can still play 18 holes on a fun course.
In great shape
Played Saturday May 18th at 1:35, our first time playing this course! Played Oaks/Creek. The course was in great shape! Tee boxes, fairways were fantastic, and the greens were fast. The sand traps were in good shape however they must have watered some because several were very hard but the rest had good sand. One of the better courses we played in San Diego!!!
The course is in very good shape and was challenging.
Temecula Creek Inn had always been one of my favorite courses. I played with several friends that have never had an opportunity to play the course. The were impressed by the great condition of the course, the challenge of Stonehouse and the nice pace of play. We never had to wait on any tee box and finished well under four hours. They did comment on the green fee because as retirees on fixed incomes we are always looking for a good deal on some nice courses. We will be back!
A very good course to play
I thought the course was fun to play and in very good condition. I would return.
Very nice course and in great condition. Liked the Oaks 9 much better then Stone 9.
Would and will recommend to others to play this course. I'd suggest Oaks and Creek 9's.
Very good course, play a little slow
Played TCI on 5/3/13, Oaks/Stonehouse. Both solid, greens in great condition, course overall very well kept. Great starter, play a little slow, there was a 5 some on one of the 9's. Very fast and true greens, course lived up to its Gold Digest Rating, will play again
A Challenging Scenic Pleasure
The Oaks/StoneHouse combination is the most scenic and challenging. The courses and greens are in perfect shape and well worth the fees. The Oak lined fairways and rolling hills provide a canvas well worth playing.
This course is made up of 3 very different 9 hole experiences so you can make it as difficult or easy as you want.
My husband and I play at this course every time we have an opportunity. The course is well maintained, has a very friendly staff, and the weather is beautiful.
good experience, i like playing again next time
excellent facilities with outstanding customer service with the staff and great appearance of the golf course will maintained.
Pace of play and course conditioner
We were not told that greens and tee boxes were being sanded during our round of play. Additionally there were no Marshall's on the course to regulate pace of play consequently it was a 5 hr round and the course was not that busy on a Friday. Very frustrating.
Great layout
Played this course for the second time. Not as we'll kept as the last time I visited but still in pretty good shape. The ground was a little tough and greens were extremely hard but overall a good round of golf.
Don't know if it would be worth the $70 fee for the weekends but if able to get out on a weekday or afternoon great course.
OK course for the money
Just an above average experience. Nice to have 27 holes, but still can't play the 9 I signed up for.......confusion upon check-in with other 3 players. Confusion last time also. Greens were punched on one of the nines I had to play.....it was not announced or advertised upon my reserving t-time. Parts of the course were very noisy because of the nearby interstate highway 15. I probably won't play this course again.
Pricey but Fun
I played Oaks and Stonehouse. They charge a little more than I'm usually willing to spend but I decided to check it out. I played real early in the morning and it was foggy but the greens were in great shape and the fairways were well maintained. Stonehouse is a fun course.
Very nice for the price.
Great fairways and greens are very well kept very relaxing course.
Great Cousre, worth paying a little more
It's worth it to me to pay a little extra to not hit a great shot then find it just off the fairway laying in crab grass. You will not find any crab grass here. Near perfect Greens, Lots of mature trees make it a must to stay away as the long mature limbs can come into play.
Very nice and very playable.
Very good value for the money. Very nice and playable for mid to high handicaps
Great conditions
Played a twilight round with 2 other friends. Conditions were awesome. Fairways were green and full. Very few hard pan, thin lies, felt like I was playing on a tournament course. Greens were very smooth and running true. Pretty quick greens and had to get good reads on elevation change. Respect the downhill and put some pace coming back up. Great experience and can't wait to get out there again.
Nice Course in Good Shape
Played Temecula Creek Inn last week. The course was great and the only negative was pace of play. It was a long round and the course appeared to be overbooked. I would consider staying at the resort next year as we stayed in a hotel off course. Would have played 27 if the 18 holes didn't take so long.
Beautiful greens and well maintained fairways.
The course is in great shape. Although very green the fairways are tight. For higher handicap golfers its better to be in the light rough.
