About
Ironwood Golf Course is an 18-hole course with many challenging elements. There are water hazards that come into play on five holes and the holes that don't have water have strategically placed sand bunkers coming in to play. All of the greens are sloped and some are undulating as well. One interesting asset of the course is the extensive mounding; the unique and interesting placement can cause uneven lies. The course is tricky but there are three sets of tee boxes to adapt to a variety of abilities and handicaps. The Ironwood Golf Course facility also features practice facilities including a putting green and chipping area.

Fun layout
This is my first time playing here and I found it very enjoyable. Pace of play and moved along nicely in the layout is very fun for a short course of only about 5,500 from the blues. The greens were sanded about a week before I played so it was a little inconsistent putting but I would imagine once the greens heal it would be a joy to play there again.
Amazing course best one in Chandler by far. Amazing conditions for summer!
Immaculate!
For late June this course was more like a march course, lush, green, fantastic! The course is well maintained and has some shorter holes but a really fun spread. They are sticklers on collared shirts but that’s fine. Greens rolled true but slow, probably because they are really watering the course well. Loved it!
Veteran Unable to pay for ride along on Labor Day
I will just leave it at this. I am a USAF veteran, I went here at 707 am I showed up at 615am with myself and my girlfriend. I checked in and asked how much would a ride along be. The gentleman got flabbergasted and informed me that not only is the shop not open but they only “allow” 2 carts per foursome. I rebooked a new tee time and they didn’t even charge for her to ride and the course was better from what I understand. I’d never recommend this course to anyone after how we got treated.
This course never disappoints
As usual, my groups experience was great. Greens were fantastic and the course is always well maintained and lush, regardless of time of year. We’ll be back again soon!
Very impressed
I don’t golf nearly as much as I want to. I seldom get out. A friend suggested we play here, Ironwood. In a word- WOW! I was extremely impressed. The course was immaculate. Simply stunning and beautiful! Every aspect of the course was meticulously maintained and cared for. I can’t wait to book my next round. Well done! I highly recommend golfing here!!!!
