Dobson Ranch Golf Course

Fun course and in good shape. Practice facility is very good!

Only complaint is hole 10 is like a combat zone! Put a net up or someone is gonna get hurt from driving range proximity.

My goal was to find a round of golf under $100.00 in phoenix/scottsdale area. Social media led me to Dobson Ranch. I wasn’t expecting much from the golf course. I thought the focus was on driving range tech and “Topgolf ish” driving range games. Turns out that was just an added benefit to Dobson Ranch! The entire staff was fantastic especially the starter! She was Organized and positive made a fun start to the round. The condition of the greens was surprisingly good! Green speed was great. Undulations made them very interesting! All shortgrass areas were great!

I find the course very boring. Range balls all over the place. Price is outrageous for such a low quality course.

The course need to have a set of senior tees with the front playing at all most 3400 yards and total for 18 holes 6181 it makes it hard for a player in there 70s to shoot par. It would also speed up the game

Another great round at Dobson Ranch! This course is just really enjoyable to play. Hard to get a tee time lately but a great experience and great conditions every time we go out.

First time playing, wasn’t sure what to expect after reading some bad reviews. We enjoyed it, pace of play was good, as was the couple of gentlemen that joined us. Bunkers were a bit hard in places but overall a good experience. It is a fairly wide open course & very walkable if you choose.

Dobson Ranch has made a lot of changes and the best is with pace of play. In the past a round was close to 5 hours but our recent round was 4 hours and 5 minutes ! The fairways were in great shape. The greens were fast and a real challenge. Holes 9 and 10 had a lot of range balls switch to a non white ball for these holes. The bunkers are horrible ! They are solid dirt with a half an inch of loose dirt on top. You couldn’t do any normal bunker shots. Two of us had a ball go into a green side bunker and the ball bounced out onto the green

Everything is really great. Especially for a city course

Course is good…long enough, well cards for and greens that are challenging.

Driving range is impressive. Has grown to be almost its own entity. Dobson: your ratefor balls is re-dick-u-lous.

Best thing about the ranch: their staff - like Grace- create a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

The course was nice except for the 9th and 10th holes. There were so many range balls on the fairways that 3 of our foursome lost a ball. On the 10th tee we were sitting by the white tee box when a ball from the range narrowly missed hitting us in our cart. Those two holes are really dangerous. It seems like there could be something done to help the situation! I will probably not play there again because of that.
