Dobson Ranch Golf Course

Dobson Ranch is great. Still in great conditions and the sand traps were well maintained

Went on line and booked a tee time for $54 and when we got to the course they told us we owed almost double that amount

I’ve played here a lot and maybe it’s just because summer is starting to come around but water is needed on this course. Overall just very dry, fairways, greens, tee boxes especially. For 25 dollars at 3:30pm you really can’t complain, but the condition used to better.

If you want to test your chipping and putting skills, this is he place to go. Miss a green here and getting up and down is on par to tour difficulty. I thought I had a pretty good short game until today

This is my first time revisiting the course after a 13-year hiatus. I can see that the facility has undergone some nice renovations. Still, the course layout is great for beginners and intermediate skills. The landscaping is great and the greens are reasonably maintained.

This is a great course. Good challenge. Played with my son. Enjoyed the other two we were paired with. With late tee time we finished 18 holes.

I was very disappointed that our scheduled T-time for our regular Tuesday play was pushed back for over 25 minutes. There was no explaination given except some players had been put into play ahead of us that were NOT scheduled which caused our delay. This is very diaappointing since the group I play with has to pay a premiium price to have regularly schelduled T-times. I understand how mistakes can be made but some compensation should be provided to repair the results. I don't recall any explanation or apology for the screwup. Also was told we don't have a T-time for next Tuesday. Maybe that's changed, I just haven't heard anything.

I realized tha Dobson Ranch is a business and must do everything it can to make money. There are just some customer relations procedures that are being ignored by Dobson Ranch. Loyalty should work both ways.

Dobson Ranch Golf is the best value in the Valley. The staff is ALWAYS excellent and ALWAYS trying to provide a great experience for everyone. The course is set up challenging, but fair. The clubhouse staff as well as the restaurant team is friendly and professional. I have been playing Dobson for over 40 years, and hope to for the next 40! :)

This is an absolute hidden gem in the East Valley. Staff alone makes it a perfect outing. Challenging if you get above the holes and you will pay for it. Course condition all year is usually what you will find for 300.00 rounds during the season in Scottsdale etc. . I was reluctant to even write this but the secret is out about Dobson. Come prepared to play a 4 hr round. Marshalls are very cordial and professional but do not put up with slow play. Nobody should!

We snagged an early tee time before the scramble went out. The Marshall stopped us on 2 saying we needed to pick up pace. We played normally and still finished under 4 hours. Solid course. The Marshall thanked us and gave us a free large bucket and an hour on the top tracer. The only downside for this outing was that beverage cart girl didn’t stop by until 14. Great course, decent price if you have the ranch card. Will play again.

Considering some other courses in the area charge the same amount... but those other course's are not as nice nor well kept
