About
The course at the Sunbird Golf Resort is a desert-style course that offers three sets of tee boxes to accommodate most skill levels. This executive length golf course has a country club-type atmosphere and offers a good round of golf. The greens are medium sized with some that are multi-tiered and narrow fairways. Bunkers and trees are also present on the course, adding some challenge since they can greatly affect shots. Water hazards also come into play on a few holes. In addition to the executive course at Sunbird Golf Resort, the facility also offers a putting area and chipping green as well as a fully stocked pro shop.

3 man golf was fun
We all shot pretty good today! It seemed to be a day for 3 and 4 people groups. We had a foursome ahead and another 3 behind; but never bunched up for long. Good pace, great day!
Fun course
I was pleasantly surprised to see the great shape the course was in. It is a fun, shorter layout, with plenty of challenges that keep you honest. I plan to play it again soon.
Nice Course
Staff here is outstanding, doing all they can with numerous improvements, including a snack shop at the turn as well as a Ranger to help with pace, to name a few. Tee boxes, bunkers, and fairways were in great condition. The greens unfortunately are not as good and quite bumpy. Hopefully they will improve making this course once again worthy of five stars.
Was well maintained and the locals were very friendly.
Fun and fast
Overall, it was a great time. The course played fast (2:20), and even faster after we pass d some folks on the back nine. Good practice for target golf and course management. Not overly difficult, but a fun afternoon. The greens could be better kept, but were fairly easy to read.
Great little gem
great service, very friendly people, from the gate guard to the young lady cleaning the windows. I gave the course a 4 because the greens were not mowed so the ball did not roll thru and very slow. otherwise the course is in excellent shape.
Sunbird Golf first time out this year
Pace was a little slow for the afternoon but this course is always lush and well kept.

This course is in decent shape and is always fun. Not a long course but has enough challenging holes to keep me interested.

Good tuneup! If those chumps on tv are hitting 8 irons into a par 5, why shouldn’t we. Several shirt tricky par 4s. Loved it. I almost never play executive courses!
