About
The course at the Sunbird Golf Resort is a desert-style course that offers three sets of tee boxes to accommodate most skill levels. This executive length golf course has a country club-type atmosphere and offers a good round of golf. The greens are medium sized with some that are multi-tiered and narrow fairways. Bunkers and trees are also present on the course, adding some challenge since they can greatly affect shots. Water hazards also come into play on a few holes. In addition to the executive course at Sunbird Golf Resort, the facility also offers a putting area and chipping green as well as a fully stocked pro shop.

Great Course
I play this course just about once a week and it is always in great shape. Additionally, the new clubhouse staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. This may be a mid executive course in a retirement community, but I could have sworn I was at a swanky country club !!

Great Course
Despite a record breaking summer of heat, the course was in pretty good condition tee to green. Bunkers were also in nice shape. We played on a late morning weekday and had the course to ourselves and played in two hours. Staff was outstanding as usual.
Great Course - First Time
Hadn't heard of this course but found it on Golfnow.com We will be coming back often. Course is in great shape and has a lot of interesting holes.
Great Course
Purchased from Golfnow. Never heard of the course before seeing it on Golfnow. The ratings were very good and the price was great. Beautiful course and pro-shop manager was very personable. We really enjoyed the round.

They do a 7am shotgun Which is a nice time and it moves quickly.
I’ve played many executive courses and this is the best. Well watered and lush. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Best round this summer.
We were pleasantly surprised at the conditions compared to many other courses around the east valley. Most of the courses at this value are in rough condition. Pace was good, course was fun, and greens were soft (rare for Az summer). This was our first time playing this course and we will be back.
Nice Course
Considering we are all experiencing a challenging time dealing with a global pandemic, I was very pleased with the course condition and our 2.5 hour round of golf today. Been playing at Sunbird off and on for over ten years now and it's always been an enjoyable experience.
Course, looks like they were starting to plug
Most fairways were good, one fairway completely plugged and never rolled, greens ok but not great and around greens started to ruff it up ...I would have like to know before spending the money....but to the course normally I play there at least once a week with my buds and it's allows well kept
